Did you ever felt 'empty' inside? It's like you don't know yourself and don't have a deep connection with life. I know, at some point in our life we all got this feeling. It's a wired feeling that makes us miss out on life and left us feeling demotivated.
There is one way to get out from this rut and that is 'feeding our soul'.
I know it sounds crazy/silly/meaningless to many. But take a moment to understand that this concept doesn't require any certain belief/faith/religious understanding. Rather, it's just a way we can choose to be spiritual, to connect with our inner self and creating meaning in life.

Give yourself 10 minutes daily to connect with your inner self. It can be meditation or mindful thinking or even self-care.
Create meaning in life. It can be through helping others, finding a deep connection with life, forgive, let go of emotions, etc.
Heal your mind, body, and soul. Maybe you are too stressed, scattered, messy in your thoughts. Make a bond and heal them.
Learn to be relaxed. Don't take life problems too seriously, don't stress too much over the materialistic things. Focus on what matters most.
Read more. It always helps to find the right path. Not only things related to spiritual development but anything you want.
Most importantly give yourself time. Never forget that you matter, your life is important.
Feeding our souls comes with a responsibility to detox our life from all the negativity and earthly problems. It's not like you have to get rid of relationships and live like an ancient monk. But you can look at the 'modern-day monk' and will get a clear idea of how to feed our soul for a better understanding of life and live happier than ever!
