1.-¿Que planes de estilo de vida ha hecho para 2023? ¿Vas a visitar amigos y familiares con más frecuencia?.

Today I am going to answer question nr. 1
1.- What lifestyle plans have you made for 2023? Are you going to visit friends and family more often?.
Para este año que inicia, no quiero hacer planificación programada, tengo muchas metas en mente que quiero lograr con mucho empeño y pidiéndole a Dios a la vida y al universo para que se puedan dar, trabajar muy internamente y espiritualmente en la materialización de mis deseos, calladamente sin exteriorizar mucho.
Por los momentos quiero seguir disfrutando de la vida, viviendo un día a la vez, con salud, para ello seguiré en mis prácticas de yoga, el gimnasio y una alimentación saludable, continuar compartiendo con mis amistades más frecuentemente, sin desperdiciar los momentos bonitos que te regala la vida, porque la vida es un regalo.
For this year that begins, I do not want to do programmed planning, I have many goals in mind that I want to achieve with much effort and asking God, life and the universe so that they can be given, working very internally and spiritually in the materialization of my desires, quietly without externalizing much.
For the moment I want to continue enjoying life, living one day at a time, with health, for this I will continue in my yoga practices, the gym and a healthy diet, continue to share with my friends more frequently, without wasting the beautiful moments that life gives you, because life is a gift.
Si quisiera visitar a mi familia que están en otros estados de Venezuela, ya que tengo tiempo sin verlos y principalmente enfocarme en la posibilidad de ver a mi hijo que se encuentra en Argentina o que él pueda venir a Venezuela, es muy difícil cuando los hijos se van y quedamos solos, esas son mis expectativas para este año, aun con lo difícil de la situación país, hay que hacer el intento y confiando en Dios.
If I would like to visit my family who are in other states of Venezuela, since I have time without seeing them and mainly focus on the possibility of seeing my son who is in Argentina or that he can come to Venezuela, it is very difficult when the children leave and we are alone, those are my expectations for this year, even with the difficult situation of the country, we must try and trusting in God.
