Hello to all the ladies of the Hive community. Today I'm sharing my entry for community contest 232, hosted by my friend @cautiva-30. I'm inviting my friend @giocondina and all the ladies in this community to participate. The question I chose to answer is the following:
There are moods that arise from how we deal with what happens to us, whether with resistance or acceptance. How do you deal with life's difficulties? How do you cope? Identify your mood here.
My mood is affected by the difficulties I face, that is, the magnitude of the problem. But I generally face it with acceptance. Because in life, difficulties will always arise that we must solve or try to solve in order to live in peace of mind. I know that I learn something from every situation that presents itself to me. Thank God, I have learned to manage my emotions. It hasn't been easy, but as I have matured emotionally, it has become easier for me to control them.
It's important to note that we can't avoid emotions; the key is that we must know how to manage them. And I've learned that. For example, if a situation presents itself and a negative emotion comes up, I begin my work by trying to prevent it from affecting my mood. I do this by taking several deep breaths, trying to calm down, analyzing why the situation arose, and trying to resolve it in the best way possible. It's not easy, but I've achieved all of this through meditation, conscious breathing, and other methods.
I've always said that we have to know how to live despite the situations we have to face and not let my mood be affected. And I try as much as possible to transform the negative into the positive, always relying on the tools I have to move forward. Always standing tall even when the road is difficult or winding. I know that we encounter challenges along the way that make me doubt my abilities. But I know that my ability to face these situations will depend on my strength to move forward and not let my mood be affected.

Hola a todas las damas de la comunidad Hive. Hoy les dejo mi participación en el concurso comunitario 232, el cual está a cargo de la amiga @cautiva-30, hago la invitación a la amiga @giocondina e igualmente a todas las damas de esta comunidad y se animen a participar. La pregunta que escogi para desarrollar es la siguiente:.
Hay estados de ánimo que surgen de nuestra forma de afrontar lo que nos sucede, ya sea con resistencia o con aceptación. ¿Cómo afrontas las dificultades de la vida? ¿Cómo las afrontas? Identifica tu estado de ánimo aquí.
Mi estado de animo se ve afectado de acuerdo a las dificultades que atraviese es decir de acuerdo a la magnitud del problema. Pero generalmente lo afronto con aceptacion. Porque en la vida siempre se van a presentar dificultades que debemos solucionar o tratar de solucionar para vivir en paz mental . Sé que de cada situación que se me presente obtengo un aprendizaje. Gracias a Dios he aprendido a manejar mis emociones no ha sido facil pero a medida que he ido madurando emocionalmente se me hace más facil controlar mis emociones.
Es de resaltar que las emociones no podemos evitarlas el detalle esta en que debemos saber manejarlas. Y eso lo he aprendido. Por ejemplo si se me presenta una situación y se me presenta una emoción negativa comienzo mi trabajo de tratar de que no afecte mi estado de ánimo. Como lo hago respiro profundo varias veces, trato de buscar la calma, analizo por qué se presento la situación y trato de resolverla de la mejor manera. No es fácil, pero todo esto lo he logrado a traves de meditaciones, respiraciones conscientes, entre otros.
De que me vale afrontar situaciones de manera violenta donde las emociones negativas se apoderen de mi mente, cuerpo y espíritu y lo que me puede generar son enfermedades. No vale la pena actuar de esa forma. Siempre saco aprendizajes de situaciones presentadas y trato de no repetir o caer en ellas. No es fácil pero tampoco imposible manejar las emociones negativas y que no se vea afectada mi estado de ánimo.
Siempre he dicho hay que saber vivir a pesar de situaciones que tengamos que afrontar y que mi estado de ánimo no se vea afectado. Y trato en lo posible de transformar lo negativo en positivo siempre contando con las herramientas que tengo para salir adelante. De pie siempre aunque el camino sea difícil o tortuoso. Sé que conseguimos en el camino desafios que me hacen dudar de mis capacidades . Pero sé que mi capacidad de afrontar esas situaciones presentadas va a depender de mi fortaleza para salir adelante y no se vea afectada mi estado de ánimo.
