Saludos amigos de la comunidad de @holos-lotus, que nos trae la estimada @rosahidalgo, en referencia a la iniciativa 1+1= Juntos, especialmente el tema: Poner a prueba el pasado, a continuación mi participación:
No es fácil romper con el pasado, porque lo pasado forma parte del quienes somos hoy. Pero hay veces que el pasado nos persigue y nos condiciona en el presente como no debiera hacerlo.
Pienso que La mejor manera de superar el dolor del pasado no es tratando de olvidar, estar a punta de llantos y mala vida, sino al contrario, es mejor saber enfrentar lo que causó algún d en nuestras vidas.
Mientras seguimos pensando en el ayer, en lo que pudo haber sido y no lo fue, eso no nos deja avanzar, en mi caso me ayudó mucho preguntarme a mí misma, ¿hasta cuándo seguiré aferrándome a eso? ¿Hasta cuándo quiero sufrir por algo que me sucedió en el pasado? .

Cuando me enfrenté a esas preguntas, entendí que ya era tiempo de soltar las amarras del pasado, desechando esas vivencias, perdonando el daño que sentí en mi interior, sólo así me di cuenta que estaba saliendo adelante, experimentando la sensación de sentirme libre, respirar hondo, saber que estoy llena de energía, que tengo la libertad para llorar y para reír.

Liberarme de lo malo, guardando lo bueno
Pensando y evaluándome pude saber que tengo la capacidad de reinventarme muchas veces, y de liberarme de lo malo, guardando lo bueno. Ya nadie nos puede dañar, lo hemos superado, ahora sólo necesitamos ser felices y lo somos
Deja entra a tu vida el perdón, agradece al pasado por lo malo, pues eso te servirá para mirar hacia adelante con pasos seguros sabiendo que no volverás a caer en picada.
Lo único que podemos hacer por los que nos dañaron es perdonables y dejar que sean quienes son, saber que su verdad está dentro de ellos, y que sólo cambiarán cuando quieran hacerlo.
El guardar resentimientos solo nos hace daño a nosotras mismas, el ser felices con nosotras mismas es muy importante, para poder proyectar a nuestro alrededor lo que queremos que sean y que sientan. Y es muy importante no olvidarnos que Dios está en todo momento en nuestras vidas.

Como personas, mientras no nos sintamos solas de nosotras, mientras seamos nosotras nuestra mejor compañía, no nos sentiremos solas, más aun cuando se ha logrado el triunfo de superar todo lo que nos ha tocado pasar, han sido experiencias con lecciones bien aprendidas, es precisamente después de todo que aprendes a disfrutar tu tranquilidad, tu paz y sobre todo, aprendes a valorarte a sí misma.
