Me permito participar en la comunidad de @holos-lotus, que nos trae la estimada @damarisvibra, en referencia a la iniciativa Integrales y en expansión, especialmente el tema como ejercicio: Interpretándome a partir del otro.
Creo que nuestro aspecto exterior es un reflejo de lo que somos interiormente. Nuestras vidas reflejan aquello que buscamos, todos pasamos por días no muy buenos, son momentos de confusión en los que se puede sentir cierto rechazo a alguien cuando se piensa que también está en una situación parecida o igual a nosotras.
Tener la aceptación de los demás
Admitir que te gusta y te hace sentir bien tener la aceptación, admiración, respeto y gratitud de los demás, pero que es algo que realmente no necesitas.
Particularmente creo que lo más importante es aprender a decir "NO", a familiares, a los amigos o compañeros de trabajo, pero por ser buenas personas siempre acabamos por decir "SI" y eso trae como consecuencias que algunos planes que tenía para mí los ponga en segundo lugar.
No podemos esperar que los demás siempre sean, actúen y piensen igual que nosotras, pues cada una tiene su propia personalidad. Pero sí podríamos tomar ejemplos el uno del otro para aprender y a lo mejor para enriquecernos mutuamente.
Renunciar a la autocrítica
Cuando estoy criticándome a mí misma como persona es perder gran parte de nuestro valioso tiempo, es primordial renunciar a la autocrítica.
Cuando acepto mi realidad, lo que soy y lo que tengo, que cometí errores hasta conmigo misma, pero sé que puedo enmendarlos: con la gratitud de un nuevo día, con cada oportunidad, con el amor propio, con dignidad, enfrentar el miedo y lo más importante es perdonar y aceptar que somos humanos e imperfectos.
Estrategias para interpretar a mi yo interno
.- No recompensar el esfuerzo o el sacrificio, ya que debo aceptar lo que me da el universo en abundancia.
.- La voluntad de mi yo interno es mi bienestar, es la vida con altos y bajos, son montañas rusas que vivimos con frecuencia.
.- No confundir el paraíso con lo material.
.- Mi refugio está en mi paz interior.
.- Disfruta de tu estancia en la tierra, como un niño disfruta un recreo en horas de clase.
.- Sé piadosa contigo misma.
.- Perdona tus errores, no son crímenes.
.- Sonríe y agradece a Dios por permitirte estar aquí.
No sabemos lo que la vida nos deparará
Hagamos lo que hagamos, ante la duda lo mejor es vivir en plenitud con la mejor versión de nosotros mismos, así será de bendición para las personas que nos rodean.
Porque todo requiere de nuestro esfuerzo y empeño para lograrlo, tomando en cuenta que nada nos llega a la puerta de nuestra casa y que nadie, absolutamente nadie lo hará por nosotras.
Agradece con pensamientos amorosos y la dicha de saber quién eres en realidad.
Las caídas nos fortalecen
Es muy bello escuchar que después de una caída hay esperanzas, que los problemas, desilusiones, decepciones y fracasos son llamas de fuego por las que hemos de pasar para fortalecer el material del cual estamos hechos.
Es necesario recordar que para lograr que todo esté en condiciones óptimas, como personas no podemos ofrecer lo que no tenemos, no podemos hacer felices a los nuestros, si nosotras no lo somos.
Utilizar cada situación cotidiana para mirar con profunda y amorosa bondad a mi yo interior, donde pueda florecer abriendo nuestros corazones, llenando cada día de paz, amor y color.
