Saludos amigos de la comunidad de @holos-lotus, con la iniciativa que nos trae la estimada @damarysvibra, en su columna Integrales y en Expansión, con referencia al tema: " ¿Quién soy? (Semana No. 17) "Mis apegos", especialmente hacer una revisión, ya muchas veces andamos en él sin Ilegar aun darnos cuenta, lo confundimos con el amor, con el respeto e incluso la compasión por el otro.
Porque como pasa con todas las emociones, si no andas por la línea del medio, el exceso o la carencia crea desequilibrio, a continuación mi participación:

Porque la persona que recibe eso de ti, debiera ser alguien que no piense sólo en sí misma, debe ser alguien que se alegre de tus logros y te tienda su mano cuando caes.
Por ejemplo, si es una pareja, debe ser alguien que esté siempre a tu lado, no sólo para lo bueno sino también en los peores momentos. Si te entregas en cuerpo y alma a alguien que no sea así, caerás y al hacerlo tendrás que levantarte sola.

Si quiero algo, debo ir por ello, que nada ni nadie me lo impida

Una relación así no te conviene para nada, porque te lleva a ser quien siempre da, recibiendo algo sólo cuando las cosas estén bien. Creo que estos apegos nunca son buenos, porque al apegarte a alguien siempre estarás dependiendo de esa persona para todo. Si quiero algo, debo ir por ello, que nada ni nadie me lo impida, pues sé qué es lo que me conviene y qué merezco.

Hay que ser buenas personas, conviene amar, pero sin apegarse tanto como para perder la voluntad propia. La dignidad humana tiene un precio que no todo mundo está dispuesto a pagar y esto es la verdad, pero si por amor vas a sufrir toda tu vida al lado de alguien que no te sabe valorar, respetar ni amar, como tú lo mereces, es preferible soltar y dejar ir.

No te aferres, porque al final de todo, sabemos que uno de los dos saldría perdiendo más. El apego sentimental o apego a esa persona que pasa a ocupar el centro de tu vida, en particular me pasó de apegarme hace mucho tiempo a una relación, para mí no había más que esa persona, pensaba que dónde iba a conseguir a otro igual.

Aprendí que no debía depositar en una persona que me había demostrado ser indispensable, toda mi felicidad. Entonces vivir así apegada a un ser que creemos es el más maravilloso del mundo, por eso no lo quería perder, es algo que no debía ocurrir, con mi experiencia aprendí que a pesar de que una de todo por amor, puede llegar la ruptura, aprendí también que no se debe amar más allá de una misma, simplemente hay que amar pero sin que ese amor signifique querer cambiar o hacer lo que nos dice, porque en realidad solo se aprovechan de nuestros sentimientos.

Alguien dijo: “La felicidad no está en lo que se obtiene, sino en lo que en el interior ya se tiene”. Lo que si debo confesar que me gusta coleccionar y atesorar lo que me regalan, hace poco que me mudé y me di cuenta que mi dormitorio parecía un museo, mi apego es porque muchas cosas que me han regalado son tan lindas, y en especial guardan un valor sentimental.

I think these attachments are never good, because when you get attached to someone you will always be dependent on that person for everything. What I must confess is that I like to collect and treasure what I am given, I recently moved and I realised that my bedroom looked like a museum, my attachment is because many of the things I have been given are so beautiful, and especially have a sentimental value.
