I'm still stacking and staking SPS. I'm still stacking vouchers. I plan to go through about half of my SPS and all of my vouchers on Riftwatchers when it hits the market.
My 2 priorities for expanding my collection in the meantime are still:
- Get the handful of cards that bring me the most wins for my secondary account.
- To go wide with my collection before I start leveling up cards for Silver. Some of the cards that I have my eye on for broadening my deck still include some of the less expensive legendary cards from Untamed and some of the older legendary rewards cards.
I'm doing this without putting new money into the game. I just use in game winnings and payouts from my peakd posts.
With the Carnage Titan airdrop I was very fortunate to receive 3 copies of the card. I sold my Carnage Titans and they have gone up in price since then. The card is awesome and I plan to buy back in when I get the chance. I actually expect the card to drop some in price. Over the medium term I expect it to settle around $8-9.
Here's a level 1 Grund for comparison
It costs 1 less mana in the more accessible earth splinter. At level 1 it has double strike on 3 melee attack. I think Grund is appropriately priced around $4-5. I own 1 copy and it's a great card, but I don't play it very frequently and it's not high on my list of priorities for my secondary account.
Carnage Titan is less common, but between the 2, I think Grund is a better card and a much better value.
In a previous post I talked about bidder's remorse
@jingo-submo/what-im-buying-and-selling-this-week-in-splinterlands-218
Last week I bid on Mylor and Daria.
I guess you might be wondering which bid went through first. The answer is neither. Before placing those bids I had the chance to buy a Mylor for $22.20 and have been kicking myself for missing the chance. The value of DEC has also fallen some since last week. I ended up buying a copy of Mylor for $23.50. Here's what Mylor prices look like now
I'm glad that I finally paid the market price on Mylor and I still haven't got a Daria. I may push harder for a Daria after the hype around Carnage Titan dies down a little.
Besides the Mylor, I bought an Axemaster for my secondary account. I bought Molten Ogre, Ifrit Rising, Torrent Fiend and Scorch Fiend to broaden my deck in my primary account. Now I have all 5 Fiends.
I still have some outstanding bids on a variety of cards. Here's hoping that some of those go through.
Thanks for reading and thank you all that reblog, like, comment, follow and read my other content. I'll see you in the game.
