ENGLISH CONTENT
Hello to all the members of this community and lovers of drawings! These last few days I've been focusing on other things, more than anything, my physical activity, motivated by my outings. So, I think it's time to write about another topic, so as not to make my blog something repetitive. Thinking about that, I'm here to show you a drawing I made recently, as part of a drawing dynamic for the X platform, which is based on fanarts of the adult Youtube series (And soon, Amazon Prime): Helluva Boss. As always, I'm tagging my friend @tegoshei, so she can continue seeing the rest of my drawings 😌
As I mentioned in previous posts, in this type of activity, a list of words is always provided, which should serve as the basis or inspiration for the drawing. Since the main character of the activity is Fizzarolli, the proposed words were in keeping with his personality and work as a circus artist.
For this drawing, the words "Fireworks" and/or "Friends" were appropriate, so I wanted to base it on the friendship of Fizzarolli and Blitzo, who was his friend since childhood, being quite close until they reached adolescence.
Instead of creating a mechanical pencil or digital sketch, as I always do, I thought I'd use a photograph of my sister and me playing with sparklers over New Year's Eve. We both tend to represent ourselves with these characters, so I thought it would be perfect to use our photo as the sketch. As you can see, it would be a simple drawing, with the sparklers as the focal point, and the characters' connection would be represented in a subtle way... or at least that's how I see it, haha.

After creating the lineart in the Medibang Paint app, I proceeded to color it, using a simple layer to which I added some shading and a simple background. The important thing in the drawing was to create the brightness of the flares. In this case, I first created a couple of white dots that I modified with a tool called "finger," as well as some simple lines and stars. After this, I added a couple of touches of yellow on other layers using the "spray" tool, which is very good for creating some blurring. By lowering the layer's opacity, I was able to achieve this subtle effect.

Finally, I added some darkness to the edges with an extra layer and a little texture effect. As you can see, it's a simple drawing. I created it in a couple of hours, whereas it usually takes me days to complete a drawing, so it was a good exercise for me. But despite its simplicity, I think it's one of the most beautiful dynamics I've done. I really liked the sparkler effect, even though it wasn't perfect ✨

¡Hola a todos los integrantes de esta comunidad y amantes de los dibujos! Estos últimos días me estuve enfocando en otras cosas, más que nada, mi actividad física, motivada a mis salidas. Así que, pienso que ha llegado el momento de escribir sobre otro tema, para no hacer mi blog algo repetitivo. Pensando en ello, vengo a mostrarles un dibujo que hice hace poco, como parte de una dinámica de dibujo de la plataforma X, la cual se basa en fanarts de la serie para adultos de Youtube (Y dentro de poco, de Amazon Prime): Helluva Boss. Como siempre, etiqueto a mi amiga @tegoshei, para que continúe viendo el resto de mis dibujos 😌
Como mencioné en posts anteriores, en éste tipo de dinámicas siempre se ofrece un listado de palabras, las cuales deben ser la base o inspiración para el dibujo. Siendo el personaje principal de la dinámica Fizzarolli, las palabras propuestas iban acorde con su personalidad y trabajo como artista circense.
Para éste dibujo, correspondía las palabras "Fuegos artificiales" y/o "Amigos", de modo que quise basarme en la amistad de Fizzarolli y Blitzo, quién era su amigo desde la infancia, siendo bastante unidos hasta llegar a la adolescencia.
En lugar de elaborar un boceto a portaminas o a digital, como siempre hago, pensé en utilizar una fotografía de mi hermana y yo, cuando estuvimos jugando con luces de bengala durante el fin de año. Ambas nos solemos representar con estos personajes, así que pensé que sería perfecto utilizar nuestra foto como boceto. Como pueden apreciar, se trataría de un dibujo sencillo, en donde el punto focal, serían las luces de bengala y el vinculo de los personajes, sería representado de una forma sutil... o al menos así lo veo yo jaja.

Tras elaborar el lineart en la app Medibang Paint, procedí a colorear, utilizando una capa sencilla a la cual, le coloqué un poco de sombras, junto a un fondo sencillo. Lo importante en el dibujo, era elaborar el brillo de las luces de bengala. En ese caso, primero elaboré un par de puntos blancos que fui modificando con una herramienta llamada "dedo", así como también, efectué algunas líneas y estrellas simples. Tras esto, realicé en otras capas un par de toques de color amarillo, con la herramienta "aerosol", la cual es muy buena para hacer algunos difuminados. Al bajar el porcentaje de opacidad de la capa, pude lograr ese efecto tenue.

Finalmente, coloqué algo de oscuridad en los bordes con una capa extra y un poco de efecto de textura. Como pueden ver, se trata de un dibujo sencillo. Lo elaboré en un par de horas, cuando normalmente suelo tardarme días en un dibujo, así que fue un buen ejercicio para mí. Pero a pesar de su sencillez, pienso que es de los más bonitos de la dinámica que he hecho. Me gustó muchísimo el efecto de las luces de bengala, a pesar de no ser perfecto ✨
