Damage with SMGs

I have to admit I was not expecting the Cube Queen to start building a Pyramid but it appears that Kevin is now the capstone. Drop down the center shaft to find 3 chests to open inside!

I notice that when you deal enough damage to destroy shields, they actually break.

When you are eliminated your consciousness gets sucked into a box while your avatar dissolves.

You drop all your loot and, get recycled back into the loop. You see everyone who goes inside Fortnite gets cloned by an NPC copy. Jonesy went into the loop and thats why you see different versions (skins) of him. The multiverse converges on the island, and every time the loop starts over, everyone trapped inside are rebooted and it begins again. Surfs up!

Over the past few weeks the Cube Queen has been harnessing all the cubes, small and large, that have been travelling around the island. It has been growing larger, and the other night the Capstone appeared at the top with the four pillars of the pyramid taking form. What is her plan?

We may never know exactly, Fortnite likes to keep its plot intentionally vague. We will see what happens next when the season ends in December. We do know a few things, Mechs are being funded right now using Gold like an in-game governance token. The only way to get Gold in Fortnite is to collect it while you are playing, and it can also be spent at the Upgrade Bench or with NPCs.

There can be only one winner in solo Battle Royale.

I don't need shields anyways. I built three ramps quickly and leaped towards the Christmas fiend.

It was me and him, him and I, Assault shotgun versus Gold SMG. The entire match comes down to this moment, and in the heat of battle every choice you make matters, every step counts.

No contest! I did not join this match to lose to a piece of seasonal decoration. Back into the light!

Victory Royale! I don't win every match, but when I do it feels good. Either that is the dopamine release in my brain, or the feeling of satisfaction for successfully winning. Maybe both!
