Day 2 Marnie Bapchew
I am definitely featuring Marnie the cafe owner which I mentioned from yesterday post about Pimble Parch. Like the first iteration I am using Nubble the genesis bear in creating this cafe owner I call Marnie Bapchew. At first I was thinking this bear in a light blue sweater, apron, and skirt with striped ties could be a cottagecore baker or undercover archivist but I think she is needed to be operating a small cozy cafe.
Look:
Soft sky-blue cable-knit sweater with puffed sleeves, a red and light blue striped ribbon tie, a navy skirt, and a brown apron pouch tied at the waist dusted with flour. Thinking about utilitarian outfit or a uniform.
Lore:
Marnie owns The Crumbden, Needlewick’s bakery and morning café. She turns Kitta’s garden produce into warm rolls, patchberry tarts, and specialty pies. She caters every event like birthdays, harvest feasts, you name it. There goes another upcoming bear character who is into gardening so stay tuned tomorrow
Special Object:
An apron with stitched loops for tools, ingredients, and handwritten recipe scrolls; it’s where she keeps her go-to spice mixes and secret notes.
Day 2 is done I am glad to have finished another new bear character I enjoin you all to take part in this #5daysofdrawing challenge. You may follow the prompts I mention here or maybe do your own style using my bears as references or totally make your own new set of bears.
Progress check:
Here is what I had accomplished so far looking at these cuties I am already motivated to finish the five bears.
I can't wait to see your entries.
