Te invitamos a que opines, a través de un post, alguna experiencia propia o ajena sobre que sería más conveniente: contratar un trabajador completamente dependiente, uno independiente o crear una asociación. Si tienes otra alternativa bienvenida será para analizarla en sus pros y contras.
El objetivo final de estas invitaciones es estimular la participación y el intercambio de ideas y conocimientos a través de la experiencia de los creadores de contenido en Hive y de manera muy especial a los de la comunidad @beentrepreneur.

This week's proposed topic of conversation ¿Qué tipo de trabajador requiero?|What type of worker do I need? A case to solve about what would be the most convenient labor figure to promote a certain enterprise.
We invite you to give your opinion, through a post, about your own or other people's experience on what would be more convenient: hiring a completely dependent worker, an independent worker or creating an association. If you have another alternative, you are welcome to analyze its pros and cons.
The ultimate goal of these invitations is to stimulate participation and exchange of ideas and knowledge through the experience of content creators in Hive and especially those of the @beentrepreneur community.
