My nature inclines me towards control and planning, avoiding improvisation whenever possible. I recognize the limitation of this perspective, as improvisation inevitably manifests in my work. Its results are dual: sometimes unfavorable, sometimes revealingly successful.

It is in those moments of fruitful improvisation where I discover the liberation of not always needing a predefined scheme, fully enjoying the unexpected outcome.

Nonetheless, negative experiences born from impulse remind me of its deceptive potential.

I understand that consequences are the logical derivation of our actions, and the apparent "spontaneity" that affects us is often the result of others' decisions, a factor external to our control. While no rule is unbreakable, these photographs are a testament to a day when improvisation was the guide, from arriving at the location to the very act of photographing.

No me gusta improvisar; prefiero tener el control de lo que puedo. Aunque sé que es una visión limitada, la verdad es que la improvisación también forma parte de mi proceso. A veces con resultados negativos, otras veces sorprendentemente positivos. Cuando funciona sin un plan previo, el disfrute es mayor.

Sin embargo, los fallos improvisados enseñan que el impulso no siempre es el mejor camino. Las consecuencias son producto de nuestros actos, y lo que parece "espontáneo" a menudo son las acciones de otros, fuera de nuestro control, lo que puede llevar a resultados inesperados. Aun así, nada es absoluto.

Lo cierto es que estas fotos nacieron de un día completamente improvisado, desde la elección del lugar hasta la captura de cada imagen.
