We have a brief introduction to the game, showing the first commands available to start leveling up and accumulating DBLNs, and a guide on how to make deposits and withdrawals, so that we can manage and move our tokens between Discord and Hive.
Now I would like to focus instead on a recently introduced feature with very exciting implications: staking DBLNs.
So let's see how to perform it and what are its benefits.
How to stake .
First, staking is done on Discord and not on Hive-Engine, so if you have made a withdrawal and now want to stake some DBLN, you will have to redeposit them within the game.
Once on Discord, the procedure to stake is very simple:
- use the command
!stake xxx, where "xxx" is the number of tokens you want to stake
- check your staked token balance with the
!checkstakedtokenscommand to verify that the procedure was successful
You can also always check the amount of staked DBLN with the !stats command.
What if we want to unstake our DBLNs?
Just use the !beginunlock command and after 30 days the tokens will be liquid and available again.
At the moment, however, there is no way to unstake only a part of one's tokens, so if you decide to initiate the process, it will necessarily involve all your staked DBLNs.
What are the benefits? .
Staking currently has 3 main features which are tied to the amount staked DBLN:
with 10,000 staked DBLN you unlock the ability to withdraw your DBLN from the game, starting from 100 DBLN per day up to 20,000 DBLN (for those with more than 200,000 staked DBLN);
for every 300,000 staked DBLN you get 10 huge potions every day for free;
with 1,000,000 staked DBLN you unlock the title of Inquisitor, which gives you access to a special game channel, in which slowmode is not active, and guarantees reduced ability cooldown times. You also gain the ability to withdraw as many DBLNs as you wish, with no daily limits.
The staking feature is very easy to perform and provides extremely useful benefits, especially for those who manage to get to 300,000 DBLN.
I personally focused exactly on this goal, and in order to enjoy the related benefits from day one, I reinvested part of the earnings I had taken out in the purchase of about 13,000 DBLN, which was how much I needed to reach the 300,000 threshold.
I will now continue to accumulate resources until I reach the Inquisitor level, in order to benefit of the reduced cooldown times and the exclusive channel in which to play :)

Abbiamo una breve introduzione al gioco, con indicazione dei primi comandi disponibili per iniziare a salire di livello ed accumulare DBLN, ed una guida su come effettuare depositi e prelievi, in modo da poter gestire e spostare la nostra ricchezze tra Discord e Hive.
Adesso vorrei invece concentrarmi su una funzione recentemente introdotta e dai risvolti molto interessanti: lo staking dei DBLN.
Vediamo quindi come effettuarlo e quali sono i vantaggi che ne derivano.
Come effettuare lo staking
Per prima cosa, lo staking si effettua su Discord e non su Hive-Engine, per cui se avete fatto un prelievo e volete ora mettere in stake un po' di DBLN, dovrete ridepositarli all'interno del gioco.
Una volta su Discord, la procedura per effettuare lo staking è semplicissima:
- utilizziamo il comando
!stake xxx, dove "xxx" è il numero di token che vogliamo mettere in stake
- controlliamo il nostro saldo di token in stake con il comando
!checkstakedtokensper verificare che la procedura sia andata a buon fine
Possiamo inoltre sempre controllare l'ammontare di DBLN in stake anche tramite il comando !stats.
E se volessimo fare l'unstake dei nostri DBLN?
Basterà utilizzare il comando !beginunlock e dopo 30 giorni i token saranno di nuovo liquidi e disponibili.
Al momento non è tuttavia possibile fare l'unstake di solo una parte dei propri token, per cui se decidiamo di avviare la procedura, questa coinvolgerà necessariamente tutti i DBLN in stake.
Quali sono i vantaggi dello staking?
Lo staking ha attualmente 3 funzioni principali, legate al numero di DBLN in stake:
con 10.000 DBLN in stake si sblocca la possibilità di poter fare il prelievo dei propri DBLN dal gioco: si parte da 100 DBLN al giorno fino ad arrivare a 20.000 DBLN (per coloro che hanno più di 200.000 DBLN in stake);
per ogni 300.000 DBLN in stake si ottengono ogni giorno 10 huge potions gratuitamente;
con 1.000.000 di DBLN in stake si sblocca il titolo di Inquisitor, che consente l'accesso ad un canale di gioco privilegiato, in cui non è attiva la slowmode, e garantisce tempi di cooldown delle abilità ridotti. Si ottiene inoltre la possibilità di poter prelevare tutti i DBLN che si desidera, senza alcun limite giornaliero.
La funzione di staking è molto semplice da effettuare e garantisce vantaggi estremamente utili, soprattutto per chi riesce ad arrivare ai 300.000 DBLN.
Personalmente ho mirato proprio a questo obiettivo e, per poter beneficiare dei relativi vantaggi dal primo giorno, ho reinvestito parte dei guadagni che avevo prelevato nell'acquisto di circa 13.000 DBLN, che era quanto mi mancava per arrivare alla soglia dei 300.000.
Adesso continuarò ad accumulare risorse fino a raggiungere il livello di Inquisitore, così da poter beneficiare dei tempi di cooldown ridotti e di un canale esclusivo in cui poter giocare :)
