Can You Still Automate Your Card Rentals?
Small disclaimer: the title of this post is exactly what it seems—a question... to which I don’t have the answer!
So, if anyone has any suggestions, they would be more than welcome.
That said, why am I wondering if it's still possible to automate the renting of my cards? And what do I mean by that?
Let's start with the second question: by automating card rentals, I mean using a bot that manages the price at which my cards are listed on the rental market on my behalf, assessing what a good price would be and adjusting it as market conditions change.
This way, the user doesn’t have to do anything except enjoy their nice passive income.
Now, onto the first question: why am I wondering if this is still possible?
Simple—because, as I wrote in this post, the bot I was using—Splex.gg’s Retal Golem—has stopped working.
Terrible news for me, since it was the cornerstone of my passive rental strategy for my cards...
... Alternatives?
I thought there was one: SplinterRent, a service I had read about—I think years ago now—in a post by @slobberchops.
Unfortunately, the Discord links for the project that I found are no longer valid, and even by searching online I came up with nothing. This leads me to think—though I hope I’m wrong—that the project has been shut down...
If that’s the case, then I really don’t know where else to look.
I have a problem
Losing the ability to rent my cards via a bot would be a huge blow to my strategy.
Manually renting them out used to take a lot of time because I had to constantly monitor prices and decide whether to lower or raise them...
Honestly, that’s something I’d rather not have to do because it’s tedious and time-consuming.
That’s why I really hope to find a new service that, for a fee, can free me from this hassle.
Maybe SplinterRent still exists, and I just wasn’t able to find it.
Or maybe there’s an alternative service out there that I don’t know about.
I don't even care about the cost of the service (as long as it is not insane), because my income is low anyway and spending 5% or 10% makes no difference to me: my time is worth much more and the only thing I need is to be able to waste as little of it as possible.
If anyone has any information, please let me know in the comments—I’d be immensely grateful!

Puoi Ancora Automatizzare il Noleggio delle Tue Carte?
Piccola premessa: il titolo di questo post è proprio quello che sembra, ossia una domanda... di cui non ho la risposta!
Se qualcuno avesse quindi qualche suggerimento da darmi sappia che sarebbe cosa graditissima.
Detto ciò, perchè mi chiedo se sia ancora possibile automatizzare il noleggio delle proprie carte? E cosa intendo con ciò?
Partiamo da questa seconda domanda: per automazione del noleggio delle carte intendo l'utilizzo di un bot che gestisca al mio post il prezzo a cui le mie carte vengono messe a disposizione sul mercato dei noleggi, valutando quale sia un buon prezzo e cambiandolo quando mutano le condizioni del mercato.
In questo modo l'utente non deve fare niente, se non godersi la sua bella rendita passiva.
Passiamo ora alla prima domanda: perchè mi chiedo se ciò sia ancora possibile?
Semplice, perchè come ho scritto in questo post il bot che utilizzavo, ossia il Retal Golem di Splex.gg, ha smesso di funzionare.
Una notizia terribile per me, perchè era il perno della mia strategia incentrata sul noleggio passivo delle mie carte...
... Alternative?
Pensavo ce ne fosse una: SplinterRent, un servizio della cui esistenza avevo letto - penso ormai anni fa - in un post di @slobberchops.
Purtroppo però i link al Discord del progetto che ho trovato non sono più validi e anche cercando online non ho trovato nulla. Ciò mi porta a pensare, anche se spero di sbagliarmi, che questo progetto sia stato chiuso...
Se fosse, allora non saprei più dove provare a cercare.
Problema
Non poter più noleggiare le mie carte tramite un bot sarebbe un duro colpo per la mia strategia.
Noleggiarle manualmente infatti, a suo tempo, mi richiedeva parecchio tempo, perchè dovevo costantemente monitorare i prezzi e valutare se era il caso di abbassarli o alzarli...
Onestamente è un qualcosa che non ci tengo a dover fare da me, perchè sarebbe noioso e dispendioso in termini di tempo.
Ecco perchè spero davvero tanto di trovare un nuovo servizio che, al costo di una commissione, mi liberi da questa incombenza.
Magari SplinterRent esiste ancora e semplicemente non sono stato in grado di trovarlo.
O magari esiste qualche servizio alternativo di cui non sono a conoscenza.
Non mi importa nemmeno del costo del servizio (purchè non sia folle), perchè tanto i miei guadagni sono bassi e spendere il 5% o il 10% non mi fa nessuna differenza: il mio tempo vale molto di più e l'unica cosa che mi serve è poterne sprecare il meno possibile.
