My 2025 Hive Journey: On the Road to 100K HP & August HPUD (ENG/ITA)
Today is August 1, 2025, and it is also the eighth Hive Power Up Day of the current year.
I discovered Hive and created my account more than six years ago. My passion for Hive has grown over time, and more than six years after creating my account, I am still here enjoying Hive-based games, writing content on my Hive blog, reading interesting content written by other authors, and interacting with the wonderful Hive community.
Participating in Hive Power Up Day (HPUD) is a well-established and recurring habit that I have maintained for a long time.
Today, out of curiosity, I went to https://hivebuzz.me/@libertycrypto27 to see how many times I have participated in HPUD.
I participated in my first HPUD on October 10, 2020.
I have participated a total of 52 times.
Since March 2022, I have participated in every HPUD, and with the Hive Power Up I did today, I have achieved my 35th consecutive HPUD participation.
During HPUDs, my Hive Power Ups are often small because I prefer to set the rewards for most of my posts to 100% Hive Power because I have always had growth goals on Hive and I definitely don't want to stop.
Every first day of the month I like to participate in HPUD but I also like to write a report to share my progress, my thoughts on Hive.
On the Road to 100K HP
Setting a goal is the first step to achieving it!
Hive is my favorite blockchain platform, which is why I want to increase my weight and influence.
On Hive there are HIVE tokens and HBD tokens but it is only the staked form of HIVE tokens = Hive Power (HP) that measures the influence of a Hive account.
In addition, HP has value not only for those who own it but also for those who receive upvotes on Hive.
This is an aspect that I particularly like about Hive Power because more HP equals greater voting power = greater weight in supporting others.
Those who post frequently but delegate all their HP, continuously power down, or prefer HBD to HP are making a mistake, in my opinion, because they don't understand how important it is to support other authors on Hive. The content of a post is only one of the important factors for growth on Hive because interaction, propensity to stake, and support other authors are equally important elements!
I really like supporting others, and as my HP grows, I will increase the number of authors I support.
In the last 7 days, I have supported 97 different accounts, and in the future, I would like to increase this number even more.
At the beginning of 2025, I published a post in which I set several annual goals, including my main and most important annual goal: to reach 100K HP by the end of the year.
Today, August 1, 2025, I have accumulated 95566.23 Hive Power (HP) in my Hive wallet
To monitor my progress toward my annual goal but especially to self-motivate myself at each beginning of the month, I built a table in which:
- I mark at the beginning of each month my monthly Hive Power increments
- I set a goal for the current month that will be bigger or smaller based on my results in the previous month.
July was a very positive month for me because:
- I increased my Hive Power by +3704.19 HP (June: +2458.57 HP)
- I reached and exceeded my goal for July, which was 1356.33 HP
- I completed **95.57% **of my annual goal
I still need to accumulate 4433.77 HP in 5 months, but what seemed like a difficult goal to achieve at the beginning of the year is now within my reach and, month after month, I am getting closer to it.
In July, I published 25 posts, and if I continue to interact and publish posts at a good frequency, I could reach my annual goal before the end of the year.
Today, I am also very happy to have ranked 11th in the top 100 most rewarded authors in July. It was an unexpected result, and it was nice to see my name in the post published by @dalz: Top Hive Earners by Category | Authors, Curators, Witnesses, DAO, HBD Interest | July 2025
This monthly achievement is thanks to all the Hivers who support me, and I thank them from the bottom of my heart!
I have three main goals for August:
- I would like to publish at least 20 posts.
- Interact and comment more on other authors' posts.
- Support at least 100 different authors with my voting power.

Il Mio Viaggio su Hive nel 2025: Sulla Strada per 100K HP e la Mia Partecipazione all'HPUD del 1 Agosto.
Oggi è il 1 Agosto 2025 ed è anche il giorno dell'ottavo Hive Power Up Day dell'anno in corso.
Sono passati più di sei anni da quando ho scoperto Hive e ho creato questo mio account.
La mia passione per Hive è cresciuta con il passare del tempo e dopo più di sei anni dalla creazione del mio account sono ancora qui a divertirmi a giocare agli Hive-based games, a scrivere contenuti sul mio Hive blog, a leggere contenuti interessanti degli altri autori e a interagire con la bella comunità di Hive.
Partecipare all'Hive Power Up Day (HPUD) è una mia consolidata e ricorrente abitudine che mantengo da molto tempo.
Oggi, per curiosità sono andato su https://hivebuzz.me/@libertycrypto27 per vedere quante volte ho partecipato all'HPUD.
Ho partecipato al mio primo HPUD il 10 ottobre 2020.
Ho partecipato in totale 52 volte
Dal mese di marzo 2022 ho sempre partecipato agli HPUDs e con l'Hive Power Up che ho fatto oggi ho messo a segno la mia 35ma partecipazione consecutiva all'HPUD.
Durante gli HPUD i miei Hive Power Up sono spesso piccoli perchè preferisco impostare le ricompense della maggior parte dei miei post al 100% Hive Power perchè ho sempre avuto obiettivi di crescita su Hive e non voglio assolutamente fermarmi.
Ogni primo giorno del mese mi piace partecipare all'HPUD ma mi piace anche scrivere un report per condividere i miei progressi e le mie considerazioni su Hive.
La mia strada verso i 100K HP
Hive è la mia piattaforma blockchain preferita e per questo motivo voglio aumentare il mio peso e la mia influenza.
Su Hive ci sono i token HIVE e i token HBD ma è solo la forma staked dei token HIVE = Hive Power (HP) che misura l'influenza di un Hive account.
Tra l'altro l'HP ha un valore non solo per chi lo possiede ma anche per chi riceve gli upvote su Hive.
E' questo un aspetto che mi piace particolarmente dell'Hive Power perchè più HP equivale a un maggiore potere di voto = un peso maggiore nel supportare gli altri.
Chi pubblica post con una buona frequenza ma delega tutti i suoi HP oppure fa continuamente power down oppure preferisce gli HBD agli HP fa un errore secondo me perchè non ha capito quanto è importante supportare gli altri autori su Hive. Il contenuto di un post è solo uno dei fattori importanti per crescere su Hive perchè l'interazione, la propensione allo staking e il supporto agli altri autori sono elementi altrettanto importanti!
Mi piace molto supportare gli altri e man mano che il mio HP crescerà aumenterò il numero degli autori che supporterò.
Negli ultimi 7 giorni ho supportato 97 accounts diversi e in futuro mi piacerebbe aumentare ancora di più questo numero.
All'inizio del 2025 ho pubblicato un post in cui ho fissato diversi obiettivi annuali tra cui il mio obiettivo annuale principale e il più importante per me: raggiungere un quantitativo di 100K HP entro la fine dell'anno.
Oggi 1 agosto 2025 nel mio Hive wallet ho accumulato 95566.23 Hive Power (HP)
Per monitorare i miei progressi verso il mio obiettivo annuale ma soprattutto per automotivarmi ad ogni inizio mese, ho costruito una tabella in cui:
- segno ad ogni inizio mese i miei incrementi mensili di Hive Power
- fisso un obiettivo mensile che sarà più grande o più piccolo in base ai miei risultati nel mese precedente.
Il mese di luglio è stato un mese molto positivo per me perchè:
- ho aumentato il mio Hive Power di +3704.19 HP (giugno: +2458.57 HP)
- ho raggiunto e superato il mio obiettivo per il mese di luglio che era di 1356.33 HP
- ho completato il 95.57% del mio obiettivo annuale
Devo accumulare ancora 4433.77 HP in 5 mesi ma quello che ad inizio anno mi sembrava un obiettivo difficile da raggiungere adesso è un obiettivo alla mia portata e che, mese dopo mese, si sta avvicinando.
Nel mese di luglio ho pubblicato 25 post e se continuerò ad interagire e pubblicare post con una buona frequenza potrei raggiungere il mio obiettivo annuale prima della fine dell'anno.
Oggi sono anche molto contento di essermi posizionato nella posizione 11 nella top 100 degli autori più ricompensati nel mese di luglio, è stato un risultato che non mi aspettavo ed è stato bello leggere il mio nome nel post pubblicato da @dalz: Top Hive Earners by Category | Authors, Curators, Witnesses, DAO, HBD Interest | July 2025
Questo mio risultato mensile è merito di tutti gli Hivers che mi supportano e che ringrazio di cuore!
I miei propositi per il mese di agosto sono principalmente tre:
- mi piacerebbe riuscire a pubblicare almeno 20 posts.
- interagire e commentare di più i post degli altri autori
- supportare con il mio potere di voto almeno 100 autori diversi
