Un cordial saludo queridos amigos de Hive y SWC espero hayan disfrutado de una excelente semana y estén pasando un excelente inicio de fin de semana, hoy les vengo a compartir unas fotografías de mi tarde de estáticos, después haber terminado mi semana última semana de clases porque ya la semana que viene es semana santa y estaré libre de mis estudios estuve conversando con mis amigos sobre de el día de hoy para ver si hacíamos solamente estáticos y porque también es viernes ya venimos de una semana de bastantes entrenamientos a ellos les pareció una buena idea y nos fuimos para el parque primeramente a calentar para evitar las lesiones una vez listo el calentamiento empezamos con nuestros estáticos, yo empecé con back Lever a una mano después lo pase a back Lever en agarre mixto y para terminar hice dominadas en back Lever en agarre prono, después mi amigos realizaron front lever whidd en agarre prono y supino sin más que agregar muchas gracias por haberse tomado el tiempo para leer mi post
