I wanna go hard in the gym this year and make some good gains. I've bulked up before (my heaviest weight is 94kg) but I did it a bit too dirty and had quite a lot of fat. Trying to start a bulk again now, but do it more healthily.

Starting weight: 88.6kg
Todays food:
2 eggs, with smoked salmon for breakfast
2 scoops of maltodextrin pre-workout for fast release carb
2 scoops of protein post-workout
1 chicken breast with whole pack of brown rice (80g carb)
1 chicken breast with whole pack of brown rice (80g carb)
1 scoop of maltodextine + 1 scoop of protein
1 chicken breast with whole pack of brown rice (80g carb)
I'm about to have my last meal:
Granola with almond milk, and 1 scoop of protein
Estimated nutrition:
Carb: approx 390g
Protein: approx 205g
