Hello friends, good afternoon everyone, I hope you had a nice morning and that your working day went well. For me it was normal because yesterday I had a problem with a colleague and the anger made me feel sick to my stomach, anxiety and at night tachycardia... I went to the park after work to distract myself and do breathing exercises to calm my anxiety, I was able to control it all by the time I arrived, thank God.

Today I'm here to share with you a series of photos from the Bars Calisthenics gym located in Valencia, which I really wanted to visit and I was able to do it a couple of months ago with my friend Anelid (Maria). These are the photos that I took when we were not long to go because I was going to climb a mountain with some friends and I had to go to the hotel to take a bath and get ready.

Hola amig@s muy buenas tardes a todos, espero que hayan tenido una linda mañana y les haya ido muy bien en su jornada laboral. A mi me fue normal ya que ayer tuve un problema con un compañero y la rabia me generó malestar estomacal, ansiedad y por la noche taquicardia… fui al parque después del trabajo para distraerme y hacer ejercicios de respiración para calmar la ansiedad, pude controlarlo todo al momento de llegar gracias a Dios.

Hoy me encuentro por acá para compartir con ustedes una serie de fotos en el gym de Bars Calisthenics ubicado en Valencia, el cual tenía muchas ganas de conocer y pude hacerlo hace un par de meses junto a mi amiga Anelid (María). Estas son las fotos que me tomé cuando ya faltaba poco para irnos ya que yo iba a subir una montaña con unos amigos y debía irme al hotel para bañarme y alistarme.

Estoy entusiasmada de compartirles las fotos de la montaña porque son espectaculares. Mi día en general allá fue encantador y lo amé por completo. Sin mas que agregar, les comparto estas fotos que espero que sean de su agrado. Espero que tengan una linda tarde y noche, bendiciones. 🤍☺️
