It is so great to be here again and see all of my friends in Hive platform. I have been isolated myself for a while ( almost 3 weeks) in the mountain in order to meditate and observe my mind since I got some psychological problems.
In here, I have approached and known about the tea ceremony – an amazing art which is presented by the lady (and now she is my master). If coffee represents for the modern culture and for the self-motivation of human being, then tea-ceremony is just for the old culture, moral value and is one of the great way making our mind and body peaceful and quiet.
My master (now) runs a tea house staying next to the pine forest. She decided to move the mountain, left behind all the reputation, fame and her success in life in order to get the peaceful and help people who are under the pressure of life and inner damage.
The tea house was named “Trà Thơm”, located in the end of the fall, next to the fringe of the forest. No one can know it is the tea house because her house is full and covered by the great number of flowers and trees on the front porch.
With tea, it seems like a wide world come up with me in a sudden. She said there are 2 typical tea ceremony styles which are the most public and well-known in the world. They are called Chanoyu (Japanese tea ceremony) and Chinese tea. I stayed there for some days, therefore my main drink day after day was exactly tea. From the morning till night, we spend time together talking and sharing a lot of things, a lot of value lessons via tea time. For each time, she makes one kind of tea for me. I can see the serious and the meaning that she wants to talk to me via the tea time. Playing a soothing music, burning an incense and candle, putting a pot of flower on the table, we are staying in another world. That is why tea ceremony is so different from other, from my perspective.
Tea is the great mean to make people closer together, it is also the good way to practise meditation and observe our inner self. To enjoy a cup of tea is not difficult for oneself, the main difficulty is how we know our mind in each every moment.
My inter-connection with tea ceremony starts from this moment. In case you would love to know yourself clearly and want to take time to be alone, tea maybe is suitable for you to try it at least one time by your 100% of attention.
