Saludos para todos, amigos de la comunidad de #EmpowerTalent, con el tema que nos traen cada semana, especialmente con nuestra querida @angelica7, para invitarnos a escribir sobre:"Conexiones", para reflexionar sobre la importancia de estar conectado con algo puede hacer la diferencia de mantenernos motivados y con alegría. ¿Será posible estar conectado y vivir en soledad? ¿Qué significa vivir conectados en el aquí y ahora? ¿Conocemos la importancia de estar conectados con nosotros mismos y con otros?, a continuación mi participación:

Pienso que somos seres sociales y relacionales, pues todo el tiempo estamos interactuando unos con otros, y todas estas conexiones que realizamos en el día a día dejan huellas en nosotros.

La conexión con alguien de manera escrita

Me ha pasado que cuando hablo con alguien de las cinco cosas que tenía pensado decirle solo se me vienen a la mente una o dos y no es tanto por cuestión de mala memoria, sino que a veces la presencia de una persona puede hacer que hasta me distorsione de manera inconsciente, incluso si mis emociones son afectadas ya sea de manera positiva o negativa.

Quizás parece un poco torpe, pues más cuando son pocos los momentos en los surge la oportunidad en la que tengo para interactuar con una persona y es cuando me resulta a veces más sencillo la conexión con alguien de manera escrita.

Creo que es porque se me vienen más las palabras a la mente, pero claro que trato de leer lo más que se pueda para poder ir enriqueciendo mi vocabulario y así poder reforzar bonitas relaciones con la gente.

La conexión a través del canal del discord

Entonces por eso nosotros no solo somos lo que comemos, sino lo que pensamos y escribimos, como herramientas de construcción de posibilidades, de puertas que se abren, aprender a utilizar nuestras ideas, así como el significado que tiene nosotros de escribir contenido en las diferentes comunidades de Hive.

Por ejemplo, es muy especial y tiene mucho valor la conexión a través del canal del discord, el poder tener esa retroalimentación, para así poder continuar evaluando la evolución de cada uno de los que hemos participado o estamos participando por ese medio.

Tal como lo ha expresado nuestra creadora de las iniciativas en algún momento, sin cambiar la forma de ser de ninguno, pero si a estimular desde la reflexión, con esos encuentros, conversaciones, chistes y alegrías, como esa red que se teje logrando conectarnos, no importa el lugar donde nos encontremos, lo importante es compartir todo ese talento que cada uno tenemos y que hemos ido puliendo con el paso del tiempo.

Recuperar en la era de la "conexión" la verdadera comunicación

Aunque sabemos que hoy algunas de las personas más que comunicarse se conectan, se sienten más seguras actuando de esta forma, porque temen mostrarse como son realmente. Además creo que se desconoce el poder de las palabras y la influencia que dejan tanto en el que las pronuncia como en el que las escucha.

Creo que también es necesario que podamos recuperar en la era de la "conexión" la verdadera comunicación, empezando por estar comunicados con nosotros mismo, porque tal parece que la tecnología, nos ayuda mucho a aprender y conocer de algunas cosas, pero también ha servido para dividir familias, romper la comunicación y hasta se presta para otras cosas.

Dejar fluir lo que queremos decir con naturalidad

Así que como personas, la comunicación consigo mismas es muy importante, porque no podríamos vivir sin comunicación, eso sería como estar aislado del mundo, todo ser humano encuentra la forma de comunicarse, incluso las personas que se comunican por medio del lenguaje de las manos.

Es indudable que los consejos y sugerencias nos ayudan mucho, pero no puedes olvidar también que es muy importante que te muestres tal y como eres, expresar lo que quieres sin disfrazar tus verdaderos sentimientos, no podemos ensayar una charla y repetir como una grabadora, es mejor dejar fluir naturalmente lo que queremos decir.

Agradezco a Dios y Cada uno de los miembros que hacen vida en la comunidad, porque importa estar conectados, en silencio algunos, otros muy activos, con diferencias de opinión y caracteres, pero están allí frente a ese PC, laptop o celular, estamos reunidos para conocer, aprender, intercambiar ideas, desahogarnos, o simplemente saber que no estamos solos, que hay un grupo de amigos con los que podemos contar.

Connecting with someone in writing

It has happened to me that when I talk to someone about the five things I had planned to say, only one or two come to mind, and it is not so much a question of poor memory, but rather that sometimes the presence of another person can cause me to unconsciously distort my thoughts, even if my emotions are affected either positively or negatively.

Perhaps it seems a little awkward, especially when there are few opportunities to interact with someone, and that's when I sometimes find it easier to connect with someone in writing.

I think it's because the words come to mind more easily, but of course I try to read as much as possible to enrich my vocabulary and thus strengthen good relationships with people.

Connection through the Discord channel

So that's why we are not only what we eat, but also what we think and write, as tools for building possibilities, opening doors, learning to use our ideas, as well as the meaning of writing content in the different Hive communities.

For example, the connection through the Discord channel is very special and valuable, being able to have that feedback, so that we can continue to evaluate the evolution of each of us who have participated or are participating through that medium.

As our initiative creator once said, without changing anyone's way of being, but rather stimulating reflection through these meetings, conversations, jokes and joys, like a network that connects us, no matter where we are, the important thing is to share all the talent that each of us has and that we have refined over time.

Recovering true communication in the age of "connection"

Although we know that today some people connect rather than communicate, they feel more secure acting this way because they are afraid to show who they really are. I also believe that the power of words and the influence they have on both the speaker and the listener is unknown.

I also believe that we need to recover true communication in the age of ‘connection,’ starting with communicating with ourselves, because it seems that technology helps us a lot to learn and know about some things, but it has also served to divide families, break communication, and even lend itself to other things.

Let what we want to say flow naturally

So, as people, communication with ourselves is very important, because we couldn't live without communication; that would be like being isolated from the world. Every human being finds a way to communicate, even people who communicate through sign language.

There is no doubt that advice and suggestions help us a lot, but you must also remember that it is very important to show yourself as you are, to express what you want without disguising your true feelings. We cannot rehearse a conversation and repeat it like a tape recorder; it is better to let what we want to say flow naturally.

I thank God and each of the members who make up the community, because it is important to be connected, some silently, others very actively, with differences of opinion and character, but they are there in front of that PC, laptop or mobile phone, we are gathered together to meet, learn, exchange ideas, unburden ourselves, or simply to know that we are not alone, that there is a group of friends we can count on.
