Saludos para todos, amigos de la comunidad de #EmpowerTalent, con la motivación que nos traen cada semana, especialmente con nuestra querida @angelica7, para invitarnos a escribir un tema: "Libre como el viento", en esta oportunidad nos invitan a celebrar el mes de mayo, un mes maravilloso para crear y escribir, darle rienda a su imaginación y crear desde la libertad que solo la creatividad permite, sobre la capacidad que cada uno posee y las grandes cosas que somos capaces de lograr, a continuación mi participación :

Pienso que si quiero tener éxito, es el momento de abrazar esos pequeños propósitos que pueden ayudarme con el trabajo día a día, la creatividad y en el descubrimiento de mis talentos.

Ser una persona efectiva me ayuda a hacer una gran diferencia en mi vida

Pienso que ser efectivas está relacionado con ser selectivas, ya que vamos seleccionando prioridades para ejercerlas con efectividad, tan cierto como que el creernos capaces de merecer un lugar laboralmente o hacer lo que en realidad me satisface, también está en nosotras como personas, entonces lo más importante es actuar, ser una persona efectiva me ayuda a hacer una gran diferencia en mi vida.

No podemos aceptar un trabajo, cuando sabemos que tenemos capacidades para poder desarrollar otro, así mismo con el desarrollo del talento, no puedo permitir tener un espacio en la vida de una actividad que no llena mis expectativas, cuando sé que mi espacio puede y debe ser el mejor.

Porque lo creo, porque lo merezco y porque lo valgo, la efectividad es una de las bases que como personas nos llevará al lugar que queremos llegar, tomando las riendas de mi vida, estando en el presente, consciente de liberar los pensamientos que me hacen daño y no me permiten ser realmente quien soy.

La conexión con la efectividad que me lleva a descubrir mi talento

Tengo derecho de luchar por lo que quiero y merezco alcanzar mis anhelos, pero eso se alcanza con acción y siendo efectiva para enfrentar las derrotas, así como también con la actitud positiva de valorar momentos significativos en mi vida y con buenos hábitos como la disciplina, todo ello será como la conexión efectiva que me lleva a descubrir mi talento

Cuando miro si deseo cultivar un hobby, ya sea pintura, jardinería o tocar un instrumento, un hobby me permite expresarme, relajarme y encontrar gozo en las pequeñas cosas. Dedicando tiempo a lo que amo, así como para mi creación de contenido en Hive, me gusta leer y escribir sobre temas de autoayuda y superación personal.

Particularmente me encantan los talleres de crecimiento personal que descargo en YouTube y que me ayudan a mi formación, cada día puedo adquirir nuevas competencias y conocimientos, y quién sabe si podría descubrir otro talento oculto.

Trazarme objetivos en la vida me ha hecho sentir satisfecha conmigo misma

Pienso que el placer y la capacidad de disfrutar de las cosas son importantes, como también la satisfacción personal que puedo tener al alcanzar las metas y objetivos en mi vida. Entonces como una persona efectiva, tengo claro que puedo lograrlo.

Trazarme objetivos en la vida me ha hecho sentir satisfecha conmigo misma, con esas cosas que tal vez no son muy divertidas, como ahorrar en todo lo que se me venga a la mente, pero que cuando las termino de realizar me hacen sentir contenta conmigo misma.

Por ejemplo, parte de ese esfuerzo de ahorrar, junto con mi hija hace ya cinco meses tuvimos la alegría de materializar nuestro proyecto en el cual estuvimos trabajando durante mucho tiempo, logramos mudarnos de una ciudad a otra, con nuestra nueva casa. Todo lo podemos si queremos, y por supuesto si luchamos por nuestros ideales con toda nuestra energía y buenas vibraciones, cargadas de inmensa gratitud.

En particular, me he considerado una persona soñadora, tratando de mostrarme con buena cara a la vida, por supuesto que soy consciente de que no todos los días serán hermosos, que habrá días de soledad y tristeza, pero aun a pesar de esas piedras en el camino puedo tener claro que vale la pena seguir adelante con los sueños.

Busco siempre mantenerme firme con la fe en nuestro creador y siendo coherente en cada detalle de mi vida, porque creo que Dios tiene todo bajo control y solo tiene para sus hijos planes de bienestar, de esta manera hacerme más fuerte sin perder la confianza y esas ganas de vivir y continuar alcanzando cosas nuevas.

We cannot accept a job, when we know that we have capabilities to be able to develop another, likewise with the development of talent, I can not allow to have a space in the life of an activity that does not meet my expectations, when I know that my space can and should be the best.

Because I believe it, because I deserve it and because I am worth it, effectiveness is one of the bases that as people will take us to the place we want to get to, taking the reins of my life, being in the present, aware of releasing the thoughts that hurt me and do not allow me to be who I really am.

The connection with effectivity that leads me to discover my talent

I have the right to fight for what I want and I deserve to achieve my desires, but that is achieved with action and being effective in facing defeats, as well as with the positive attitude of valuing significant moments in my life and with good habits such as discipline, all of which will be like the effective connection that leads me to discover my talent.

When I look at whether I want to pursue a hobby, whether it is painting, gardening or playing an instrument, a hobby allows me to express myself, relax and find joy in the little things. Dedicating time to what I love, as well as for my content creation at Hive, I enjoy reading and writing about self-help and self-improvement topics.

I particularly love the personal growth workshops I download on YouTube that help me in my training, every day I can acquire new skills and knowledge, and who knows if I might discover another hidden talent.

Tracking goals in life has made me feel satisfied with myself

I think that pleasure and the ability to enjoy things are important, as well as the personal satisfaction I can get from achieving goals and objectives in my life. So as an effective person, it is clear to me that I can achieve them.

Setting goals in life has made me feel satisfied with myself, with those things that may not be much fun, like saving on everything that comes to my mind, but when I finish them, they make me feel happy with myself.

For example, part of that effort to save, together with my daughter, five months ago we had the joy of materializing our project in which we were working for a long time, we managed to move from one city to another, with our new house. We can do anything if we want to, and of course if we fight for our ideals with all our energy and good vibes, full of immense gratitude.

In particular, I have considered myself a dreamer, trying to show myself with a good face to life, of course I am aware that not every day will be beautiful, that there will be days of loneliness and sadness, but even despite those stones in the road I can be clear that it is worth going ahead with the dreams.

I always try to stay firm with faith in our creator and being consistent in every detail of my life, because I believe that God has everything under control and only has for his children plans for their welfare, thus making me stronger without losing confidence and the desire to live and continue to achieve new things.
