Saludos para todos, amigos de la comunidad de #EmpowerTalent, con el tema que nos traen cada semana, especialmente con nuestra querida @angelica7, para invitarnos a escribir sobre: "Seguir a las masas", la reflexión va en ir a analizar un poco la vida y lo que desarrolla el día a día, cuantas de las acciones que hacen en el día son porque otros lo hacen y cuánto porcentaje de la vida va dedicado a todo lo que es costumbre heredada. No deseamos que entiendan que su forma de vivir ahora, solo es una copia de otros anteriores y que solo siguen patrones, pero sí deseamos que lleguen a ver en cuál posición se encuentran, a continuación mi participación:

Por lo que yo he leído en Google sobre este fenómeno, conocido como "comportamiento de rebaño", puede tener tanto aspectos positivos como negativos. Se refiere a la acción de imitar o adoptar las acciones, opiniones o decisiones de un grupo grande de personas, todo ello nos influye cuando nos afecta lo que piensan los demás.

Como una linterna que nos guía en la oscuridad de la noche

Pienso que a lo largo del camino de nuestra vida, todos conocemos a esas personas que son como piedras firmes en un río revuelto, siempre están ahí, sin importar lo difícil que se ponga la situación. Por ejemplo son esos amigos o familiares que nos levantan el ánimo en los peores momentos, como una linterna que nos guía en la oscuridad de la noche.

Sin embargo, no todas esas luces que brillan en la oscuridad son genuinas, algunas pueden ser un espejismo, porque así como hay alguien que parece que quiere lo mejor para nosotras, en el fondo solo buscan su propio beneficio. Es una triste y dolorosa realidad que a veces enfrentamos.

Estar atenta a escuchar esa voz interior

Es en esos momentos que debía estar atenta a escuchar esa voz interior que me dice quién tiene en verdad buen corazón y quién no. No es fácil, y a veces nos equivocamos, pero con el tiempo y la experiencia aprendemos a distinguirlo.

Creo que lo más sano es rodearnos de aquellas personas que nos sumen y no que nos resten. Al final del día, con buenos compañeros a nuestro lado, cualquier desafío se vuelve una aventura y la vida se llena de color y esperanza.

La oportunidad de renacer como el ave fénix

Pienso que la vida aún con diferentes días y circunstancia muchas veces nos invita a salir de rutinas, pero por nuestro deber algunas son necesarias, lo bueno es que llegan momentos grandes, a veces buenos y otros malos que nos detienen y permiten comenzar o terminar con esas situaciones y rutinas.

Entonces es cuando puedo darme la oportunidad de renacer como el ave fénix, y llenarme de energía frente a la vida y decir voy a darme la oportunidad de volar a otro rumbo, de hacer otra cosa para no encasillarme y no vivir ciegamente las ideas o instrucciones de otros, sin pensar por mí misma, como la gente que asumen la actitud de seguir a otros sin cuestionar.

Crear la posibilidad de caminar con la verdad

Particularmente, desde hace tiempo he estado tratando de vivir con intensidad, como una manera de descubrir ese algo que siempre llevo dentro y me da fuerzas para vivir y seguir adelante en la vida, no tenerle miedo a los cambios, no conformarme con rutinas impuestas y darme la oportunidad de demostrarme de que puedo realizar cualquier actividad con la intensidad que la vida se merece.

Un ejemplo es cuando puedo regalar tanto una sonrisa como también una lágrima que brote de mis emociones auténticas, transparentes y sinceras, porque no hay nada como expresar y compartir la verdad en mí vida, empezar a ser auténticas personas con nosotras mismas y con los demás, pues depende de cada una de nosotras, crear la posibilidad de caminar con la verdad.

Cuando tengo la actitud de transmitir sentimientos y emociones de este modo, también implica que todas mis actividades y proyectos que hago todos los días se contagien del mismo espíritu.

Lo que llevo en mi interior se refleja en mis acciones

Que mejor que dedicarme a lo que realmente me apasiona, que mejor que hacer mi trabajo, mis deberes en casa, mis obligaciones, la creación de contenido en Hive, con el mismo vigor que llevo mi vida, con todas esas actividades que me llenan de entusiasmo, alegría, de un profundo interés y que estén conectados con mis hobbies o talentos.

Y lo mejor de todo es lograr mirar que todo lo que llevo en mi interior se refleja en mis acciones. Son mis propias palabras y todas esas acciones, es la voz de mi interior y todo se transformará cuando la verdad y la originalidad están presentes en mi vida.

Por eso siempre le daré gracias a Dios de todo, todo lo que se logra despacio da mejores resultados, nada mejor que una mente positiva para lograrlo, es muy necesario poner entusiasmo en todo lo que hacemos y aceptar los malos momentos con la esperanza de que estos también pasaran, por supuesto poniendo esfuerzo en ello, porque de sobra sabemos que lo que sentimos y hacemos se refleja en nuestro entorno y en todos los que amamos.

However, not all those lights that shine in the darkness are genuine, some may be a mirage, because just as there is someone who seems to want the best for us, deep down they are only looking for their own benefit. It is a sad and painful reality that we sometimes face.

Be attentive to listen to that inner voice

It is in those moments that I had to be attentive to listen to that inner voice that tells me who really has a good heart and who doesn't. It is not easy, and sometimes we get it wrong. It is not easy, and sometimes we get it wrong, but with time and experience we learn to distinguish.

I think the healthiest thing to do is to surround ourselves with people who add to us and not detract from us. At the end of the day, with good companions by our side, any challenge becomes an adventure and life becomes full of colour and hope.

The opportunity to be reborn like the phoenix

I think that life, even with its different days and circumstances, often invites us to break out of our routines, but because of our duty, some are necessary. The good thing is that great moments come, sometimes good and sometimes bad, that stop us and allow us to begin or end those situations and routines.

That's when I can give myself the opportunity to be reborn like the phoenix, and fill myself with energy in the face of life and say, "I'm going to give myself the chance to fly in a different direction, to do something else, so I don't pigeonhole myself and don't blindly follow the ideas or instructions of others, without thinking for myself, like people who adopt the attitude of following others without question."

Create the possibility of walking with the truth

Personally, for some time now, I've been trying to live intensely, as a way to discover that something I always carry within me that gives me the strength to live and move forward in life, to not be afraid of change, to not settle for imposed routines, and to give myself the opportunity to prove to myself that I can perform any activity with the intensity that life deserves.

An example is when I can give both a smile and a tear that flows from my authentic, transparent, and sincere emotions. There's nothing like expressing and sharing the truth in my life, starting to be authentic people with ourselves and with others. It depends on each of us to create the possibility of walking with the truth.

When I have the attitude of conveying feelings and emotions in this way, it also means that all my activities and projects I do every day are infected with the same spirit.

What I carry inside is reflected in my actions

What better than to dedicate myself to what I'm truly passionate about, what better than to do my work, my homework, my obligations, the creation of content on Hive, with the same vigor that I carry in my life, with all those activities that fill me with enthusiasm, joy, a deep interest, and that are connected to my hobbies or talents.

And the best of all is being able to see that everything I carry inside is reflected in my actions. They are my own words and all those actions, it is the voice of my inner self, and everything will be transformed when truth and originality are present in my life.

That's why I will always thank God for everything, everything that is achieved slowly gives better results, nothing better than a positive mind to achieve it, it is very necessary to put enthusiasm into everything we do and accept the bad times with the hope that these will also pass, of course putting effort into it, because we know very well that what we feel and do is reflected in our environment and in all those we love.
