Feliz domingo gente grandiosa de la ciudad. Queremos expresar la alegría que sentimos por la actividad que denominamos ¡Hive Integra! lo cual no es casual, sino que tiene el propósito más modesto y honesto: conectar con la comunidad que hace vida en la ciudad.
Sabemos que la ciudad de Caracas es un lugar de muchas opciones y alternativas, sin embargo, generar un encuentro de Hivers para Hivers es algo único e increíble. Este compartir de integración fue un llamado abierto y totalmente gratuito, la más grande inversión consistió en tiempo, ganas y colaborar con envases de plásticos desechables que usaremos para el proyecto universitario.
El evento fue propicio para encontrar distintos proyectos, compartir visiones y canales de mutuo apoyo, lo cual es la intención de Hive. Gracias por hacerse presente.
Desarrollo de la actividad
Ayer comenzamos madrugando con la mejor energía, llegamos muy temprano al Parque del Este y nos instalamos en una plaza increíble con una vista espectacular al parque, el cuál es muy activo desde las 5:00am.
Iniciamos la actividad con una clase estupenda de Yoga con @madefrance, la cual sirvió de precalentamiento para la clase de Biodanza con @miriannalis, ambas actividades permitieron la vivencia y conexión tanto de Hivers como de otras personas que compartieron junto a la comunidad de manera voluntaria, lo cual nos hizo muy feliz.
Queremos agradecerle a nuestras facilitadoras por el apoyo y en preparar estas actividades tan especiales para conectar con el mente, cuerpo y emociones.

Aporta envases
Se aprovechó el espacio para conversar sobre el proyecto de reuso de los envases plásticos con Eliomar @psyshock que ayudará a restaurar techos en los espacios universitarios, pero además busca motivar e integrar a jóvenes artistas, tanto a este tipo de iniciativas como a conocer a la blockchain Hive y aportar su arte a la cadena.

Actívate a trotar con Hive Run
Seguidamente @HiveRun por parte de @danielvehe, @enmymente, @mundomanaure y @erilej nos comentaron e invitaron a integrarnos a sus actividades cada sábado en el Parque del este, con convocatoria a las 7:00am en la concha acústica.
Se tiene como objetivo integrar a la comunidad, que de hecho hay un movimiento activo en varios estados de Venezuela, para que las personas puedan entrenar el cuerpo mediante el trote según el ritmo de cada quien, para ir sumando logros progresivos que les ayude avanzar a nuevos retos.
Es importante hacer el llamado de apoyo a carreras de alto nivel, dónde ya tienen como fecha de participación a 7 integrantes, para el domingo 1 de octubre en el Caracas Rock 10k, así que ¡vamos hacer barra en el público!.
Conectar y caminar
Compartimos nuevamente con la grandiosa comunidad de @holos-lotus, con quienes ya tuvimos la oportunidad de apoyar en el encuentro de Sonidos de Bienestar. En esta oportunidad nos compartieron su proyecto sobre senderismo, del cual anunciarán los próximos encuentros y de los que estaremos felices de acompañar y apoyar. Asi que atentos a sus anuncios.
Es importante saber que, esta comunidad tiene distintas iniciativas y actividades que puedes disfrutar, entre ellas la Biodanza como un sistema vivencial de conexión e integración humana, ayer lo experimentamos, bailamos y disfrutamos muchísimo.
Rally
Realizamos un circuito pequeño pero interesante, porque elaboramos algunas estaciones pensadas para el trabajo en equipo, destreza, fuerza e inteligencia, esto nos ayuda a fomentar mediante el juego la integración de la comunidad.
Mediante la actividad resultó un grupo ganador y les entregamos algunos premios simbólicos, sin embargo queremos expresar que en nuestro ecosistema todas las personas somos ganadoras.

Happy Sunday great people of the city. We want to express the joy we feel for the activity we call Hive Integra! which is not casual, but has the most modest and honest purpose: connect with the community that makes life in the city.
We know that the city of Caracas is a place of many options and alternatives, however, generating a meeting of Hivers for Hivers is something unique and incredible. This sharing of integration was an open call and totally free, the biggest investment consisted of time, desire and collaborating with disposable plastic containers that we will use for the university project.
The event was propitious to meet different projects, share visions and channels of mutual support, which is the intention of Hive. Thank you for being present.
Development of the activity
Yesterday we started early with the best energy, we arrived very early to Parque del Este and we settled in an incredible square with a spectacular view of the park, which is very active since 5:00 am.
We started the activity with a great Yoga class with @madefrance, which served as a warm up for the Biodanza class with @miriannalis, both activities allowed the experience and connection of both Hivers and other people who shared with the community as volunteers, which made us very happy.
We want to thank our facilitators for their support and for preparing these special activities to connect with the mind, body and emotions.

The space was used to talk about the project of reuse of plastic containers with Eliomar @psyshock that will help restore roofs in university spaces, but also seeks to motivate and integrate young artists, both to this type of initiatives and to know the blockchain Hive and contribute their art to the chain.

Get active and go for a jog with Hive Run
Then @HiveRun by @danielvehe, @enmymente, @mundomanaure and @erilej told us and invited us to join their activities every Saturday in the Parque del Este, with a call at 7:00 am in the acoustic shell.
The objective is to integrate the community, in fact there is an active movement in several states of Venezuela, so that people can train the body by jogging according to the rhythm of each person, to add progressive achievements that will help them move forward to new challenges.
It is important to call for support for high level races, where they already have as a date of participation to 7 members, for Sunday October 1 in the Caracas Rock 10k, so let's make a bar in the public!
