Hola hola 👋 un grato saludo para todos esos runners y para los que son runners mentalmente también. El día de hoy fue la segunda carrera de la Farmacia Farmatina la cual también es mi segunda carrera con ellos, aunque para la primera no logre inscribirme ya que cuando fui se habían terminado los cupos así que para esta segunda edición tome mis previsiones y apenas colocaron la preventa decidimos adquirir nuestras participación.
El día comenzó muy temprano para nosotros sin embargo llegamos a eso de 5;45 am a la plaza donde seria la partida y comenzó la lluvia, escuche a los animadores qué iba a dar la salida así estuviera lloviendo asi que luego de estirar un poquito pero muy poquito salimos corriendo a la meta donde estaban los demás (588) corredores y la lluvia no cesaba seguía con la misma intensidad. Tratamos de conseguirnos con los demás compañeros de Hiverun pero no los vimos, comenzó el conteo regresivo para la salida.
Los primeros pasos se sintieron algo incómodo por lo mojado que ya andábamos pero poco a poco me fui sintiendo más cómodo. me di cuenta que había dejado la llave pegada en la motocicleta ya iba por los primeros 400 metros y se me desata el nudo de los zapatos y mientras estoy amarrando las trenzas estoy pensando en devolverme para donde tengo estacionada la motocicleta 🤔 Al levantarme seguro de que iba a devolverme pude notar un rostro conocido en unos funcionarios que estaban un poco más adelante así que muy sigilosamente le dije lo que estaba pasando y le di las indicaciones de donde encontraba la motocicleta, él me respondió cuenta con eso ya voy a buscarte las llaves nosotros vamos a estar por este lado señalando el lugar donde estaría. Eso me dejó super aliviado 😌 así que pude seguir con mi carrera notando que la lluvia se había terminado.
Casi llegando al primer kilometro logré alcanzar a Enorquis qué se había adelantado mientras yo me amarraba las trenzas y conversaba con el funcionario policial. Le pregunte como iba a lo que me respondió que bien 👍 entonces seguí para alcanzar el pace de 70 minutos y cuando iba pasando el kilometro 2 también le pase por un lado al pace de 65 minutos aquí ya le baje un poco al ritmo porque tenía en mente alcanzar al de 60 minutos cosa que no logre y me mantuve en el medio de los 2. Cuando ya estoy muy cerca del kilkmetro 4 comienzan a pasar los primero corredores que ya habían dado la vuelta y venían de regreso (la vuelta es en el kilometro 6)
Así que comienzo a buscar a los compañeros de hiverun que seguramente iban delante y solo vi pasar a German y poco después a Angelica y me parecía muy extraño que los demás no pasarán porque ya me tocaba dar el retorno. (Salieron 20 minutos después)
En el kilometro 7 estaba la regadera por allí nos refrescamos ya solo faltan 3k me dije mentalmente, en el kilometro 9 me pare y camine como 10 metros y seguí corriendo. Desde ese punto comienzo a escuchar una voz alentado a un pequeño grupo el cual me alcanzo y pasó no obstante al terminar la subida hice mis zancadas más largas ya estaba a unos escasos 600 metros de la meta y el remate lo hice como desde los 200 metros como si fuera una serie de velocidad 💪
Mi tiempo de chip fue de 1:03:13 mejorando los tiempos en 10k para esta carrera y en general. Strava me jugo una, no me di cuenta de haberlo pausado y me dio una distancia de 9k. Así que solo tomo el tiempo de chip.
Al terminar todos las carrera nos encontramos, primero con los fisioterapia para hacernos los respectivos masajes y después fuimos pasando por los stands que estaban más desocupado ya que muchos estaban repartiendo muestrar gratis y tenía una fila enorme de personas esperando. Hubo animación, música, baño de espumas cosas que nos las disfrutamos @enorquis @chemi.art @artsyjose y mi persona.

Today was the second Farmacia Farmatina race, which is also my second race with them, although I was unable to register for the first one because when I went, the spots were already filled. So, for this second edition, I took precautions and as soon as they opened pre-sales, we decided to purchase our spots.
The day started very early for us, but we arrived at around 5:45 a.m. at the square where the race would start, and it began to rain. I heard the announcers say that the race would start even if it was raining, so after stretching a little, but very little, we ran to the starting line where the other 588 runners were, and the rain continued with the same intensity. We tried to find our other Hiverun teammates, but we couldn't see them. The countdown to the start began.
The first few steps felt a bit uncomfortable because we were already so wet, but little by little I started to feel more comfortable. I realized that I had left the key in the motorcycle. I had already gone the first 400 meters when my shoelaces came untied, and while I was tying them, I was thinking about going back to where I had parked the motorcycle. When I got up, sure that I was going to go back, I noticed a familiar face among some officials who were a little further ahead, so I very quietly told him what was happening and gave him directions to where I had parked the motorcycle. He replied, "Count on it, I'll go get the keys for you. We'll be on this side," pointing to the place where it would be. That made me feel great, and I told him where to find the motorcycle. what was happening and gave him directions to where I had left the motorcycle. He replied, "Don't worry, I'll go get your keys. We'll be over here," pointing to the spot where he would be. That made me feel so relieved 😌 that I was able to continue my run, noticing that the rain had stopped.
Almost reaching the first kilometer, I managed to catch up with Enorquis, who had gone ahead while I was tying my braids and talking to the police officer. I asked him how he was doing, and he replied that he was doing well 👍, so I continued to reach the 70-minute pace, and when I passed the 2-kilometer mark, I also passed the 65-minute pace. Here, I slowed down a bit because I had in mind to reach the 60-minute pace, which I did not achieve, and I stayed in the middle of the two. When I was very close to kilometer 4, the first runners who had already turned around and were coming back began to pass by (the turnaround is at kilometer 6).
So I started looking for my Hiverun teammates, who were surely ahead of me, and I only saw German pass by, and shortly after, Angelica, and it seemed very strange to me that the others weren't passing by because it was my turn to turn around. (They left 20 minutes later.)
At kilometer 7, there was a water fountain where we cooled off. Only 3k to go, I said to myself. At kilometer 9, I stopped and walked about 10 meters and then continued running. From that point on, I began to hear a voice encouraging a small group that caught up with me and passed me. However, at the end of the climb, I took longer strides and was only about 600 meters from the finish line. I finished the last 200 meters as if it were a sprint.
My chip time was 1:03:13, improving my 10k times for this race and overall. Strava played a trick on me; I didn't realize I had paused it, and it gave me a distance of 9k. So I'm only taking the chip time.
When we finished the race, we first went to the physical therapists for massages, and then we went to the stands that were less crowded, since many were giving out free samples and had huge lines of people waiting. There was entertainment, music, foam baths, things that @enorquis, @chemi.art, @artsyjose, and I enjoyed.
