Muchos saludos tengan todos en esta comunidad de hive run, es un gusto estar por acá y saludarles esperando se encuentren bien y activos con sus rutinas de entrenamientos. Aprovecho para contarles acerca de mi trote de hoy el cual fue bueno pero tuvo algunas incidencias.
Salí a correr con mi esposo casi a las 6 de la tarde, después de dejar a los niños donde mi suegra salimos a realizar nuestro respectivo entrenamiento. El día estaba muy frio porque parecía que iba a llover pero después de tantas amenazas y algunos rocíos no llovió.
Intente correr a un ritmo rápido y logre hacerlo mientras iba pero de venida me sentí un poco cansada y agarre un aire en la zona derecha del pecho lo que me hizo detenerme, también sentí un calambre en el pie derecho, así que el último tramo baje bastante mi velocidad hasta que termine el trote donde mi esposo me esperaba.
He palidecido un poco con los entrenamientos en casa pero ya están mis niños por salir de vacaciones escolares, solo queda una semana y podre activarme mejor, algo que con ansias quiero hacer para así retomar mis distancias largas y entrenar más seguido si Dios quiere.
Por ahora me mantengo activa, sumando de a poco distancias pero fortaleciendo mi organismo y mi salud gracias a este fantástico deporte.

Many greetings to everyone in this hive run community, it's a pleasure to be here and greet you hoping you are well and active with your training routines. I take this opportunity to tell you about my jog today which was good but had some incidents.
I went out for a run with my husband at almost 6 pm, after leaving the kids at my mother-in-law's we went out to do our respective training. The day was very cold because it looked like it was going to rain but after so many threats and some sprinkles it didn't rain.
I tried to run at a fast pace and managed to do it while I was going but on the way I felt a little tired and I caught an air in my right chest area which made me stop, I also felt a cramp in my right foot, so the last stretch I slowed down quite a bit until I finished the jog where my husband was waiting for me.
I have paled a little with the workouts at home but my kids are about to leave for school vacations, there is only one week left and I will be able to get more active, something I am looking forward to do so I can go back to my long distances and train more often if God wills it.
For now I keep active, adding little by little distances but strengthening my body and my health thanks to this fantastic sport.
