Saludos tengan todos en esta comunidad activa de hive run, es un gusto saludarle esperando se encuentren bien y activos con sus rutinas de entrenamientos. Aprovecho la oportunidad para felicitarles y animarles en su competencia el día de mañana a los que van a participar en la carrera de farmatina, muchos éxitos para todos.
El día de hoy les quiero compartir mi entrenamiento el cual hice en horas de la tarde, específicamente después de las 6 ya que mi esposo andaba realizando unas compras con los niños, entonces le estaba esperando y apenas llego me fui a correr.
Cambie un poco la vía porque el aeropuerto estaba muy solitario y como era tarde y andaba sola me fui por la avenida Rotaria que siempre esta transitada, aunque no me gusta mucho esa vía porque allí me lesione hace tiempo y los carros pasan muy cerca, entonces tengo que estar subiendo por la acera que no está en muy buenas condiciones.
Gracias a Dios me fue bien, me agarro la noche pero pude terminar mi entrenamiento y estoy muy satisfecha con estos 8 kilómetros aunque no pude mantener el ritmo que he estado procurando en mis entrenamientos anteriores.
Con este entrenamiento le sigo sacando ventaja a mi esposo y estoy convencida que alcanzare los 700 kilómetros primero que él.

Today I want to share with you my training which I did in the afternoon, specifically after 6 o'clock because my husband was doing some shopping with the kids, so I was waiting for him and as soon as he arrived I went to run.
I changed the road a little because the airport was very lonely and as it was late and I was alone I went by Rotaria Avenue which is always busy, although I do not like that road because I was injured there long ago and the cars pass very close, then I have to be climbing the sidewalk that is not in very good condition.
Thank God it went well, I got caught at night but I was able to finish my training and I am very satisfied with these 8 kilometers although I could not keep the pace I have been trying in my previous workouts.
With this training I am still ahead of my husband and I am convinced that I will reach 700 kilometers before him.
