Saludos tengan todos los corredores de esta estimada comunidad de hive run, es un gusto estar por acá una vez más, esperando se encuentren muy bien y activos con sus rutinas semanales. Asi que el día de hoy les comparto mi entrenamiento que fue un poco interrumpido por la lluvia.
Es la primera vez que me agarra la lluvia corriendo, me sentí un poco incomoda porque las calles se vuelven resbalosas y no me quería caer y dar un mal golpe, pero también me sentí bien por el clima ya que estuvo muy fresco y sabroso, fue una experiencia única aunque ya estaba en la fase final de mi trote cuando empezó a llover.
Hoy corrí sola porque mi esposo se quedó con los niños, la idea era que primero fuera yo y después el, pero con la lluvia solo pude trotar yo el día de hoy.
A pesar de que me sentí bien también me sentí un poco pesada, quizás aumente un poco de peso aunque también creo que es la falta de ejercicio diario, como he dejado de hacer mis sentadillas y abdominales me siento un poco diferente al trotar. Lo bueno es que ya estan terminando las clases mis niños y tendré un buen tiempo de vacaciones para entrenar con mayor libertad.
Hoy mi ritmo estuvo por los 7 minutos por kilómetro, solo 3 de los 10 estuve alrededor de los 6 minutos pero me contenta que cada vez mejoro en mis tiempos, y cuando tenga más tiempo para entrenar seguramente mejorare.

Greetings to all the runners of this esteemed hive run community, it's a pleasure to be here once again, I hope you are very well and active with your weekly routines. So today I share with you my training that was a little bit interrupted by the rain.
It's the first time I got caught in the rain running, I felt a little uncomfortable because the streets become slippery and I didn't want to fall and give a bad blow, but I also felt good about the weather because it was very cool and tasty, it was a unique experience although I was already in the final phase of my jogging when it started to rain.
Today I ran alone because my husband stayed with the kids, the idea was for me to go first and then him, but with the rain I was the only one who could run today.
Although I felt good I also felt a little heavy, maybe I gained a little weight but I also think it is the lack of daily exercise, as I have stopped doing my squats and sit-ups I feel a little different when jogging. The good thing is that my kids are finishing school and I will have a good vacation time to train with more freedom.
Today my pace was around 7 minutes per kilometer, only 3 of the 10 I was around 6 minutes but I?m happy that I?m improving my times, and when I have more time to train I?m sure I?ll improve.
