Dear friends a new week of challenges to meet and others already covered, for me this week despite the accumulated distance was a weak week only 3 days of training.
The advantage was that this week was of personal merits and of much discovery in my body capabilities, this week I managed to sustain a pace that allowed me to achieve for the first time my 5k without walking, although I did walk 300mts maximum but it was crossing the highway and some other stumbles along the way.
It is really rewarding to see the personal progress and when you pass your breaking point to be able to say here I stopped and now I continue.
The next day I repeated the route, of course were not the same results, several training time, weather and other things, but once completed the 5k I was ready to do the usual 5k mountain only that the time to go to work was knocking on the door and I could not continue.
I was left with the desire for more distance and more demanding, this Friday was the night race but it was suspended due to the political problems we are going through, this race did not really had me very motivated since I did it frequently, I just wanted to have pictures of the sunset instead of the sunrise which is what I get when training.
Today Sunday in view of my few workouts during the week and with my desire to give it all I wanted to do 15k and I went out metallized to fulfill them, last night I was talking to a friend and he was willing to train with me but he fell asleep and did not come out, so I went alone, I went to run with personal goals in my mind and one by one they were fulfilled.
So much so that today I accomplished two personal records in Strava, I managed to run more than 3k without pauses in this street route where the slopes and the differences in the road always made me mental plays, I managed to get to where I planned and also have to add route to complete my goal of 15k.
When I passed the 8k there was one or two kilometers a little slow where I was tracing the route of the return and could get the best conditions to achieve it until it was so.
Arriving home I noticed that I was missing a kilometer so I decided to continue a few more streets but were not enough so I had to return to get home by the starting point and thus achieve the 15k without failures, although I think I failed and that is that in the last kilometer I could only jog 300mts and I was very tired, the fabrics broken from rubbing and very thirsty because see finished the water 2 kilometers before.
I hope I can beat this record today as for some flaws noticed during the route I know I can improve them.

Queridos amigos un nueva semana de retos que cumplir y otros ya cubiertos, para mí está semana a pesar de la distancia acumulada fue una semana floja solo 3 días de entrenamientos.
La ventaja fue que está semana fue de méritos personales y de mucho descubrimiento en mis capacidades corporales, está semana logré sostener un ritmo que me permitió lograr por primera vez mis 5k sin caminar, aunque bueno si camine 300mts máximo pero fue cruzando la autopista y algunos otros tropiezos del camino.
De verdad que es muy gratificante ver los avances personales y cuando pasas por tu punto de quiebre poder decir aquí me paraba y ahora sigo.
Al día siguiente repetí la ruta, por supuesto no fueron los mismos resultados, varios la hora de entrenamiento, el clima y otras cosas más, pero una vez cumplidos los 5k estaba dispuesto a realizar los 5k de montaña habituales solo que el tiempo de ir a trabajar ya tocaba la puerta y no pude seguir.
Quedé con las ganas de más recorrido y más exigencia, este viernes era la carrera nocturna pero fue suspendida por los problemas políticos que estamos atravesando, de verdad está carrera no me tenía muy motivado ya que la realizó frecuente solo que quería tener fotos del atardecer en vez del amanecer que son las que consigo a la hora de entrenar.
Hoy domingo en vista de mis pocos entrenamientos durante la semana y con mis ganas de entregarlo todo queria hacer 15k y sali metalizados a cumplirlos, anoche estaba hablando con un amigo y estaba dispuesto a entrenar conmigo pero se quedó dormido y no salió, así que fui solo, fui a correr con metas personales en mi mente y una a una fueron cumplidas.
Tanto así que hoy cumplí dos record personales en Strava, logré correr más de 3k sin pausas en esta ruta de calle donde los desniveles y las diferencias en la vía siempre me hacían jugadas mentales, logré llegar hasta donde planifique y además tener que sumar recorrido para completar mi meta de 15k.
Cuando pase los 8k hubo uno o dos kilómetros un poco lentos dónde venia trazando la ruta del retorno y poder conseguir las mejores condiciones para lograrlo hasta que así fué.
Llegando a casa note que me faltaba un kilómetro así que decidí continuar unas calles más pero no fueron suficientes por lo que me tocó retornar para llegar a casa por el punto de partida y así lograr los 15k sin fallas, aunque si creo que falle y es que en el último kilómetro solo pude trotar 300mts ya estaba muy cansado, las telillas rotas del roce y mucha sed porque see acabó el agua 2 kilómetros antes.
Espero poder vencer este récord de hoy ya que por algunas fallas notadas durante la ruta se que puedo mejorarlas.
