¡¡¡Saludos para toda la comunidad!!! Ayer comencé un Reto Maratón al que nombré: "Te reto a que te retes"
La idea es incentivar la Autodisciplina y Autoexigencia al practicar deportes porque muchas veces solemos quedarnos en la comodidad y no avanzar hacia el próximo nivel por evitar el dolor o el cansancio. Justificamos nuestra falta de compromiso y solemos ser impacientes con el resultado, lo que trae como consecuencia que caigamos en la inconstancia.
El reto aplica para todos, incluso el que ya es corredor, te invito a leer toda la información AQUÍ y espero poder motivarte a que te sumes a mi reto porque recuerda que:

Yesterday I started a Marathon Challenge that I named: "I challenge you to challenge yourself".
The idea is to encourage self-discipline and self-demand when practicing sports because often we tend to stay in our comfort zones and not push ourselves to the next level to avoid discomfort or fatigue. We justify our lack of commitment and tend to be impatient with the results, which leads to inconsistency.
