Hola a todos. Este jueves me decidí a correr con la finalidad de seguir mi entrenamiento para la carrera de Farmatina, la cual será dentro de semana y media. Me fue bien, aunque solo pude recorrer 5 kilómetros.
Salí a eso de las 7 y media y corrí por espacio de 34 minutos. Me sentí bien físicamente, sobre todo tomando en cuenta que tenía varios días con malestar de fiebre. Gracias a Dios ya estoy mejor y por eso aproveché para trotar. Me concentré en mantenerme en movimiento, más allá del ritmo. Al final, tuve un ritmo de 6:28.
La mañana está bastante fría aquí en Maturín, algo inusual pero es debido a la lluvia frecuente de estos días. Afortunadamente, durante el tiempo que estuve corriendo, no llovió. Aun tengo varios días para seguir entrenando y lograr la meta para esta próxima carrera: estar por debajo de los 55 minutos en esos 10 km. Les comparto algunas fotografías del recorrido así como una de un mural que me llamó la atención dedicada a la vinotinto. Tiene sentido porque aquí en la ciudad es donde juega Venezuela las eliminatorias. Lo que me pareció raro fue lo escondido que estaba. Les dejo eso como un dato curioso.

Hello everyone.
This Thursday I decided to run with the purpose of following my training for Pharmatina's career, which will be within a week and a half.
I did well, although I could only travel 5 kilometers.
I left at half past 7 and ran for 34 minutes.
I felt good physically, especially taking into account that I had several days with fever.
Thank God I am already better and that's why I took the opportunity to jog.
I concentrated on staying in motion, beyond the rhythm.
In the end, it was a rhythm of 6:28.
The morning is quite cold here in Maturín, something unusual but it is due to the frequent rain of these days.
Fortunately, during the time I was running, it did not rain.
I still have several days to continue training and achieve the goal for this next race: be below 55 minutes in those 10 km.

It makes sense because here in the city is where Venezuela plays the qualifiers.
What seemed strange to me was how hidden I was.
