Hola, cada día escucho las palabras más motivaciones de parte de mi hijo y es que frases como "mamá es muy fuerte" "mamá hace ejercicios" "mi mamá levanta pesos" se ha vuelto bastante común en el vocabulario de mi hijo y eso me motiva a seguir y mantenerme activa, a su vez mi pequeño también se siente interesado por entrenar y practicar actividades físicas, así que eso nos hace sentir orgullosos en casa porque verderamente el mensaje de llevar una vida saludable a través de una sana alimentación y del deporte está siendo comprendido por nuestro hijo. Este fin de semana quisimos nuevamente llevarlo a una actividad al aire libre, por lo que llevé a mi pequeño a la zona del monumento para que pedaleara en su bici.
