🍂 Quisiera dedicar mi post a una amiga muy querida que el día de hoy perdió a su padre, y a pesar de no ser el mío, comparto su dolor como si lo fuese por lo mucho que su hermandad me importa. Porque es así, a veces los amigos sobrepasan los límites y pasan a ser parte de tu familia, prácticamente tus hermanos.
🍂 I would like to dedicate my post to a very dear friend who today lost her father, and even though he is not mine, I share her pain as if it were because of how much her brotherhood matters to me. Because that's the way it is, sometimes friends go beyond the limits and become part of your family, practically your brothers.
🌿 El dolor es un proceso por el que todos debemos pasar. Dicen que hay veces en las que en él encuentras nuevos comienzos, inclusive ves la vida de una manera distinta.
🌿Pain is a process that we must all go through. They say there are times when you find new beginnings in it, even seeing life in a different way.
🌻 Pero algo que me impresiona de algunas personas es su capacidad de seguir adelante, sonrientes, con fe, sin caer en vicios, ansiedades o depresiones.
🌻 But something that impresses me about some people is their ability to move forward, smiling, with faith, without falling into vices, anxieties or depressions.
💫 Una fórmula que aprendí hace un tiempo, tras una experiencia traumática que, inclusive, hizo que mi cuerpo tuviese reacciones extrañas para hacerme darme cuenta de que algo estaba mal, fue la de:

💫 One formula I learned some time ago, after a traumatic experience that even made my body have strange reactions to make me realize that something was wrong, was
👉🏻 Pain + Reflection = Progress 👈🏻
🌾 Lo que descubrí era que si lograba desarrollar un hábito donde después de sentir este “dolor” me daba el tiempo para analizar y reflexionar sobre lo que me estaba ocurriendo, en vez de llorar, quejarme, negar, culpar o hacer guerras a otros por mi dolor, me podía desarrollar y crecer de forma acelerada.
🌾 What I discovered was that if I could develop a habit where after feeling this "pain" I would have the time to analyze and reflect on what was happening to me, instead of crying, complaining, denying, blaming or making wars on others for my pain, I could develop and grow quickly.
🙇🏻♀️ Esto no quiere decir que no debamos reaccionar ante el dolor. Es de humanos reaccionar o sufrir. Aún así, lo importante es decirnos "PUEDO SUPERAR ESTO Y LOGRAR GRANDES COSAS CON BASE A ESTA ENSEÑANZA".
🙇🏻♀️ This does not mean that we should not react to pain. It is human nature to react or suffer. Still, the important thing is to tell ourselves "I CAN OVERCOME THIS AND ACHIEVE GREAT THINGS BASED ON THIS TEACHING.
