¡Hola, hola!😁
Con apenas tres semanas en #hive quisiera hacer esta iniciativa en vista de todo el proceso que llevo en los preparativos para mi boda, especialmente partiendo de la experiencia en la ardua y compleja labor de elaborar la lista de invitados 😱 (se ve sencillito, pero créanme que no)
El pasado 25 de diciembre, una vez que di el gran ¡SÍ! Yo toda ingenua daba por sentado que elaborar está lista iba ser de lo más sencillo 😂😂 y le insistía a mi futuro esposo @reymoya95 que hiciéramos la lista para ya tener este punto adelantado.
Además, les cuento que es vital saber la cantidad desde el principio porque créanme que todos los proveedores, locaciones, agencias de festejo, etc lo primero que preguntan es ¿Cuál es la cantidad de invitados? para poder darte un presupuesto estimado 🤑
¿QUE TOMAMOS EN CUENTA COMO BASE PARA ELABORAR ESTA LISTA? 💭🤔
A principios de año nos pusimos más juiciosos con esto y basándonos de experiencias de otras bodas de la familia, imágenes de internet, opiniones de unas amigas fabulosas que nos están ayudando con toda la organización, y el hecho de que varias locaciones nos dan un límite de personas por tema pandemia.
Así creamos nuestro propio formato de lista de invitados. La dividimos en cinco (5) partes para que se nos hiciera más fácil su elaboración:
- Familiares de la Novia
- Familiares del Novio
- Amigos de la Novia
- Amigos del Novio
- Amigos en Común
4 LISTAS DE INVITADOS 😱 la locura ⚠️
Aquí estábamos soñando en grande, especialmente yo, que soy muy familiar y quería que ese día tan especial me acompañaran hasta esos familiares que hace años no veo jajaja a diferencia de mi prometido que si es bien selectivo al momento de pensar en quien invitar.
En cuanto a los amigos de él y mis amigos, fueron más equilibrados los números. Cuando llegamos a los "amigos en común" se puso buena la cosa porque está lista estaba larguísima 😄
En este tiempo hemos ido haciendo 4 listas de invitados como lo pueden ver en el cuadro, o mejor dicho, una lista inicial y las demás veces han sido modificaciones de recorte de personal 🙊
UNA BODA TOTALMENTE ÍNTIMA Y FAMILIAR👰🤵
CÓMO PASAR DE 200 A 80 INVITADOS Y NO MORIR EN EL INTENTO: 😬
Aquí muchas cosas influyen, pero les iré mencionando las que más predominaron, primero en general para toda la lista:
Los presupuestos que recibimos en las locaciones eran sumamente altos, y en su mayoría no incluían mayores servicios, lo que ya nos indicaba por su parte a disminuir la cantidad de personas.
No invitamos a personas que viven fuera de Caracas (excepto algunos que son inamovibles).
Eliminamos a la mayoría de los niños (ambos pensamos que una fiesta de adulto no es el mejor ambiente para un niño, que igual lo terminan acostando en las sillas).
Aquellas personas que tienen su pareja o su casi pareja, pero que no la conocemos ni existe un mayor afecto lamentablemente salieron, es decir, se les dejo el pase solo a la persona que conocemos y con quién si existe un vínculo emocional.
Propiamente en cuanto a familia:
Dejamos de invitar a los "amigos de la familia" de hace años pero que no existe un mayor afecto. A núcleos familiares números se les redujo el pase a 2 personas.
En mi caso particular, luego de pensarlo mucho tache de la lista a una madrina con la que más nunca tuve comunicación nisiquiera en cumpleaños y si la invitaba era más protocolo que querencia.
Propiamente en cuanto a los amigos del novio y de la novia:
Se tacharon a esos amigos de hace años con que se habla una vez a la cuaresma. Se eliminaron algunos nombres que aunque si existe una amistad que une, no es tan imprescindible su presencia en un evento "familiar e íntimo".
Fue como una selección que entre tantos, debíamos elegir los más resaltantes según experiencias vividas.
Propiamente en cuanto a los amigos en común: (Esta siempre ha sido la parte más terrible jajaja)
Teníamos muchos y está lista debía disminuir porque si ¡Era justo y necesario!
Esos amigos de grupo que son tipo "si invitas a uno tienes que invitar a todos", pues no invitaremos a ninguno jeje. Personas que conocimos eventualmente pero nada más allá de... también fueron tachadas de la lista.
Aquellos que se autoinvitaron cuando nos comprometimos, y los agregamos por qué nos daba pena, pues tampoco entran en los 80 invitados.
Prácticamente dejamos a los más queridos entre los más queridos. Uno comienza a recordar, quienes han estado siempre apoyándonos, con un consejo, con una amistad sincera y leal, con los que más hablamos y más compartimos.

WHAT DID WE TAKE INTO ACCOUNT AS A BASIS FOR THIS LIST? 💭🤔
At the beginning of the year we became more judicious with this and based on experiences from other family weddings, images from the internet, opinions from some fabulous friends who are helping us with all the organization, and the fact that several locations give us a limit of people per pandemic theme.
So we created our own guest list format. We divided it into five (5) parts to make it easier for us to put together:
- Bride's Family
- Relatives of the Groom
- Friends of the Bride
- Friends of the Groom
- Friends in Common

Here we were dreaming big, especially me, I'm very family oriented and I wanted to be accompanied on that special day even by those family members I haven't seen in years hahaha unlike my fiancé who is very selective when thinking about who to invite.
As for his friends and my friends, the numbers were more balanced. When we got to the "friends in common" it got really good because this list was very long 😄.
In this time we have been making 4 guest lists as you can see in the picture, or rather, an initial list and the other times have been staff trimming modifications 🙊.
A TOTALLY INTIMATE AND FAMILY WEDDING👰🤵
HOW TO GO FROM 200 TO 80 GUESTS AND NOT DIE TRYING: 😬 😬
Here many things have an influence, but I will mention the most predominant ones, first in general for the whole list:.
The budgets we received at the locations were extremely high, and most of them did not include major services, which already indicated us on their part to decrease the number of people.
We did not invite people who live outside of Caracas (except for a few who are immovable).
We eliminated most of the children (we both think that an adult party is not the best environment for a child, who still ends up lying on the chairs).
Those people who have a partner or almost a partner, but we do not know them and there is no greater affection unfortunately left, that is, they were left the pass only to the person we know and with whom there is an emotional bond.
As far as family is concerned:
We stopped inviting "family friends" from years ago but there is no more affection. We reduced the number of family members to 2 people.
In my particular case, after much thought, I crossed off the list a godmother with whom I never had communication even on birthdays and if I invited her it was more protocol than affection.
As for the friends of the groom and the bride:.
We crossed out those friends from years ago that we talk to once a Lent. We eliminated some names that although there is a friendship that unites, it is not so essential their presence in a "familiar and intimate" event.
It was like a selection that among so many, we had to choose the most outstanding ones according to the experiences we had lived.
(This has always been the most terrible part hahaha).
We had a lot of them and this list had to decrease because it was fair and necessary!
Those group friends that are like "if you invite one you have to invite all", well we won't invite any of them hehe. People that we met eventually but nothing beyond? were also crossed off the list.
Those who invited themselves when we got engaged, and we added them because we felt sorry for them, also don't fit in the 80 guests.
We practically left the most beloved among the most beloved. One begins to remember those who have always supported us, with advice, with a sincere and loyal friendship, with whom we talked the most and shared the most.
