Today I spent about 40 minutes jogging lightly on the treadmill. This surprised me quite a bit because I had previously only gone up to 20 minutes continuously, and today I decided to go with a clear and motivated mind. The result is that what you tell yourself to motivate yourself really does affect your motivation. In this case, I kept my mind very calm and was able to continue because one of the things that always held me back was my mind, which always had thoughts like "I want to stop now," "I don't think I can do any more," "It's time to stop, that's enough."
I've wanted to improve my physical condition, and this is proof that little by little you are making progress, and with good results, and with the right motivation, anything is perfectly achievable.
Today I wanted to take this proud moment and transform it into a reflection that I will always remember. Working on your progress is good, but don't forget to also work on your mind. A positive mindset will drive you to more.
Hoy estuve unos 40 minutos haciendo un trote suave en la cinta. Eso me sorprendió bastante porque anteriormente solo había llegado hasta 20 minutos continuos y hoy decidí ir con una mente despejada y motivada, el resultado es que realmente si afecta lo que te dices a ti mismo para motivarte, en este caso, mantuve la mente muy tranquila y así pude continuar porque una de las cosas que me frenaba siempre era mi mente porque se me cruzaban pensamientos de “ya quiero parar” “no creo que pueda más “ “es momento de parar, ya es suficiente“
He querido mejorar mi condición física y esto es la prueba de que de verdad poco a poco vas progresando y bien donde resultados, además con la motivación adecuada todo es perfectamente alcanzable.
Hoy quise tomar este momento de orgullo para mi y transformarlo en una reflexión que tendré muy presente, trabajar en tu progreso está bien pero no te olvides de trabajar también en tu mente, una mentalidad positiva, te impulsará a por más.
