Bienvenidos mis queridos Hivers.
Una vez más me encuentro aquí en este espacio para mostrarte una parte de mí y de las cosas que acontecen en mi vida. Hace ya 7 meses que me encuentro fuera de mi hogar en Colombia, debido a que la pandemia se convirtió en un obstáculo para poder retornar a mi casa después de la operación de mi hijo.
No les voy a negar que es muy difícil estar lejos de mis niños y que sigo aprendiendo a manejar está situación, ya que se que es temporal y que en algún momento las cosas volverán a tomar su rumbo.
Welcome, my dear Hivers.
Once again I am here in this space to show you a part of me and the things that happen in my life. I have been away from my home in Colombia for 7 months now, because the pandemic became an obstacle for me to return home after my son's operation.
I will not deny that it is very difficult to be away from my children and that I am still learning how to handle this situation, as I know that it is temporary and that at some point things will take their course again.
Un nuevo comienzo
Estar nuevamente en Venezuela pero está vez prácticamente sola, ha sido todo un reto y es que prácticamente todas mis amistades se han ido del país, al igual que mi familia, así que me ha tocado comenzar desde cero en medio de una pandemia, lo que hace las cosas aún más difíciles pero no imposible.
Les cuento que he probado diferentes cosas para poder mantenerme y costear mis gastos, lo primero que hice fue jugar un vídeo juego que es remunerado, pero al que tienes que dedicarle muchas horas, así que pasaba la mayor parte del día sentada frente a la computadora y debido a las fallas de luz que hay en el país un día esta se dañó, por lo que tuve que buscar rápido una solución y así fué que conocí al chico que me habló de Hive, fué el técnico que vino a reparar la computadora, quién además me enseñó a hacer chocolates y con quién hoy en día mantengo una relación sentimental.
A new beginning
Being in Venezuela again, but this time practically alone, has been a challenge. Practically all my friends have left the country, as well as my family, so I have had to start from scratch in the middle of a pandemic, which makes things even more difficult but not impossible.
I tell you that I have tried different things to be able to support myself and to pay my expenses, the first thing I did was to play a video game that is paid, but to which you have to dedicate many hours, so I spent most of the day sitting in front of the computer and due to the failures of light in the country one day it was damaged, So I had to find a solution quickly and that's how I met the guy who told me about Hive, he was the technician who came to repair the computer, who also taught me how to make chocolates and with whom I have a sentimental relationship today.
Llegan los problemas pero con él las soluciones
Ya que la computadora estuvo dañada por un buen tiempo comencé a probar otras cosas, primero llegué a Hive y luego comencé a preparar chocolates no solo para disfrutarlos yo, sino que ya que este es uno de los alimentos que mas le gusta a la gente, ví la oportunidad de crear un pequeño negocio.
Comencé preparando bombones para vender dentro de la urbanización dónde vivo, solo a vecinos y personas cercanas, luego llegó la oportunidad de comercializar unos turrones de chocolate, pero estos se vendían ya no solo dentro de mí urbanización sino que los vendía también fuera de esta.
Después de ver qué los turrones se vendían mucho y no solo cerca de mi casa, decidí crear yo misma mis barras de chocolate y así poder darle toques personalizados con diferentes sabores, chocolates con maní y pasas o solo de maní, según la preferencia de los consumidores.
Este pequeño negocio ha surgido sin haberlo planeado, mi novio es quién me ayuda a hacer las entregas y algunas veces a prepararlo, además lo hemos promocionado en Hive y a las personas les ha gustado mucho, lo mejor de todo es que seguimos creando y creciendo pero además promocionamos la blockchains de Hive ya que aceptamos pagos en HBD.
The problems come but with it the solutions
Since the computer was damaged for a while I started trying other things, first I came to Hive and then I started making chocolates not only to enjoy them myself, but since this is one of the foods that people like the most, I saw the opportunity to create a small business.
I started preparing chocolates to sell within the urbanization where I live, only to neighbors and people close to me, then came the opportunity to market some chocolate nougat, but these were sold not only within my urbanization but also outside it.
After seeing that the turrones were sold a lot and not only near my house, I decided to create my own chocolate bars and thus be able to give them personalized touches with different flavors, chocolates with peanuts and raisins or just peanuts, according to consumer preference.
This small business has come up without planning it, my boyfriend is the one who helps me to make the deliveries and sometimes to prepare it, also we have promoted it in Hive and people have liked it a lot, the best thing of all is that we keep creating and growing but also we promote the blockchains of Hive since we accept payments in HBD.
De las situaciones difíciles siempre nace algo bueno.
Cuando la situación se nos complica siempre salen nuevas oportunidades y quizás mejor que las que teníamos antes, a esto le llamo yo, los regalos de la vida. A veces somos obligados a salir de nuestra zona de confort y creemos que las cosas van a empeorar y lo que realmente sucede, es que el destino nos tiene mejores cosas preparadas, para avanzar crecer y alcanzar un mejor nivel.
Cada problema tiene una solución y cada desastre una nueva oportunidad solo debemos aprender a identificarla y aprovecharla. Si alguien me hubiese dicho hace meses atrás si me interesaba vender chocolates, seguramente hubiese dicho que no, porque tenía un trabajo estable y hubiese perdido la oportunidad de crear algo mío. Así que hoy en día agradezco todas las dificultades que se me han presentado en la vida, porque estás han sacado cosas muy buenas de mí y creo que eso es lo más importante.
¿Y tú has aprovechado las nuevas oportunidades que han llegado en los momentos mas difíciles?
From difficult situations something good is always born.
When the situation gets complicated, new opportunities always come up and perhaps better than the ones we had before, this is what I call the gifts of life. Sometimes we are forced to leave our comfort zone and we believe that things will get worse and what really happens is that destiny has better things in store for us, to move forward and reach a better level.
Every problem has a solution and every disaster a new opportunity, we just have to learn to identify it and take advantage of it. If someone had told me months ago if I was interested in selling chocolates, I would have surely said no, because I had a stable job and I would have lost the opportunity to create something of my own. So today I am grateful for all the difficulties that I have had in life, because you are getting very good things out of me and I think that is the most important thing.
