Hola queridos amigos, bienvenidos sean a mi espacio creativo, cómo les estaba comentando anoche, hace poco tuvimos un programa en nuestro podcast semanal "Palms Radio 🌴" donde estuvimos hablando sobre consejos que nos han servido dentro de #hive y el día de hoy quiero puntualizarlos y desarrollarlos un poco más ya que sé para alguien que está iniciando dentro de la plataforma puede ser mucha información para digerir y aquí voy a tratar de desarrollarlo lo más simple posible, así que he querido plasmar está idea utilizando como base mi propia experiencia, bienvenidos a:

Considero que un contenido de calidad es aquel que se ha hecho con dedicación, dónde se ve realmente el empeño de la persona ya que yo mismo he Sido testigo de compañeros (a) que publican sobre un tema muy bueno pero no le dedican lo suficiente como para desarrollarlo lo suficiente y se nota que no es por desconocimiento sino por salir de la publicación...también podemos encontrar publicaciones que apenas tienen unas pocas palabras y una sola fotografía o imagen, esto también considero que está mal visto dentro de la plataforma. Si vamos a escribir sobre algo, podemos hacerlo con dedicación, esfuerzo y cariño, además de que podemos acompañar nuestro contenido de diferentes imágenes, si estás no son propias, recordemos siempre colocar la fuente. Considero que además de escribir, la forma en la que presentamos nuestro contenido también habla del amor y la dedicación que tuvimos al crearlo, podemos utilizar diferentes códigos que nos ayudan a simplificar la forma en la que presentamos nuestro contenido todo esto para que visualmente sea más agradable.
I consider that a quality content is one that has been made with dedication, where you can really see the commitment of the person because I myself have witnessed colleagues who publish on a very good topic but do not dedicate enough to develop it sufficiently and you can see that it is not for lack of knowledge but to leave the publication ... we can also find publications that have just a few words and a single photograph or image, this also consider that it is frowned upon within the platform. If we are going to write about something, we can do it with dedication, effort and love, besides we can accompany our content with different images, if they are not our own, let's always remember to put the source. I believe that in addition to writing, the way in which we present our content also speaks of the love and dedication we had to create it, we can use different codes that help us simplify the way we present our content, all this to make it visually more pleasing.
Ahora bien, si arriba mencione lo importante que es generar un contenido de calidad ahora les voy a dejar el código que les permitirá utilizar imágenes que no son propias y colocar la fuente (cosa que es realmente importante) para que de esa forma si eres como yo (poco fotogénico) puedas tener tu texto enriquecido de imágenes esto le da mucha más apreciación para los lectores. Véanlo de esta forma, cuando éramos niños, era mucho más sencillo leer un cuento con imágenes que sin ellas. Otro tip maravilloso que puedo dejarles es que siempre que voy a publicar una imagen propia, le coloco mi nombre de usuario en la plataforma y el símbolo de #hive, esto le otorga mucho más sentido de pertenencia.
Now, if I mentioned above how important it is to generate quality content, now I am going to leave you the code that will allow you to use images that are not your own and place the source (which is really important) so that if you are like me (not very photogenic) you can have your text enriched with images, this gives it much more appreciation for the readers. #Hive nos da la oportunidad de desarrollar nuestra propia marca personal, tomen esto como que cada vez que una persona los busque dentro de la plataforma, lo va a hacer porque sienten afinidad por el tipo de contenido que publican por ende, para que esto suceda debemos darnos a conocer pero ¿De qué forma hacemos esto? primero que nada cumpliendo con otra de las interacciones básicas dentro de #hive, si una es publicar, la otra es hacer interacción los unos con los otros, esto quiere decir, comentar, responder los comentarios y por supuesto votar, recordándoles que al votar también están generando ganancias. Existe además una aplicación que se llama Discord donde muchas comunidades y proyectos hacen vida, esto sirve para propagar nuestro contenido allí y al mismo tiempo conocer el contenido de otras personas y ver actividades de las cuales podremos formar parte.

First of all by complying with another of the basic interactions within #hive, if one is to publish, the other is to interact with each other, this means, comment, respond to comments and of course vote, reminding you that by voting you are also generating profits. There is also an application called Discord where many communities and projects make life, this serves to spread our content there and at the same time know the content of other people and see activities of which we can be part.

Fíjense en algo, #hive nos da la posibilidad de escribir sobre cualquier contenido y además de esto vamos a poder participar en diferentes #challenge o iniciativas, así que no habrá excusas para dejar de escribir porque siempre existirá algo por lo que podamos escribir, pero esto además de ser una enorme ventaja al momento de generar contenido...#hive nos da la posibilidad de auto-descubrirnos y cuando esto suceda, la escritura nos resultará mucho más ágil, en mi caso sucedió de esta forma: cuando estuve interno dentro de la comunidad terapéutica, todas las noches nos mandaban a hacer una reflexión de cómo había sido nuestro día además de que cómo siempre me había gustado la lectura, por ende este hábito me hizo mucho más sencillo poder escribir, así que una vez que entré a #hive, a medida que fue pasando el tiempo, me di cuenta que el ejercicio que hacía dentro de la comunidad terapéutica también me podía servir para mi contenido, por ende, ahora en #hive hago tratamiento a través de la catarsis y tengo la posibilidad de que esa enseñanza que estoy extrayendo de alguna situación me de también la oportunidad de monetizar a través.
Look at something, #hive gives us the possibility to write about any content and in addition to this we will be able to participate in different #challenge or initiatives, so there will be no excuses to stop writing because there will always be something for which we can write, but this besides being a huge advantage when generating content .... #hive gives us the possibility of self-discovery and when this happens, writing will be much more agile, in my case it happened in this way: when I was an intern in the therapeutic community, every night we were sent to make a reflection of how our day had been, besides, as I had always liked reading, therefore this habit made it much easier for me to write, so once I entered #hive, as time went by, I realized that the exercise of #hive gave me the opportunity to write, I realized that the exercise I was doing within the therapeutic community could also be useful for my content, therefore, now in #hive I do treatment through catharsis and I have the possibility that the teaching I am extracting from a situation also gives me the opportunity to monetize through it.

Bueno, aquí en este punto me voy a pasar de filósofo porque no me gusta abordar temas desde un punto de vista tan técnico y creo que esto es lo que me hacen tan diferente del resto...apoyo la capacidad que tenemos de ser auténticos, esto quiere decir que siempre que voy a escribir trato de hacerlo de la forma más empática posible. Solo soy un chico de 29 años que siempre se está reinventando y #hive me ha ayudado a desarrollar esta cualidad, he podido conocer personas muy hermosas y talentosas y pienso que esta característica es la principal ganancia de la plataforma, por ende creo en lo que hago y en la forma en la que lo hago. En algún momento me dijeron esto: "Rodrigo si estas solo interesado en generar dinero, esta plataforma no va contigo". Si el dinero es nuestro norte, sencillamente no estás en el lugar adecuado ya que al momento en el que no consigas esa recompensa esperada, la frustración va a ser que te desligues del proyecto. En cambio, si tenemos la conciencia de saber en dónde estamos y disfrutamos de lo que hacemos, la monetización va a venir como consecuencia. A donde voy, en mi propio trabajo, en mi cotidianidad, converso con mi entorno de esta maravillosa plataforma llamada #hive pero me ha pasado que a las personas que a primera vista se han interesado, cuando ven el mínimo obstáculo, abandonan y ahora mi mensaje es el siguiente: "#hive premia la constancia".
Well, here at this point I'm going to be a philosopher because I don't like to approach topics from such a technical point of view and I think this is what makes me so different from the rest...I support the ability we have to be authentic, this means that whenever I'm going to write I try to do it in the most empathetic way possible. I'm just a 29 year old guy who is always reinventing himself and #hive has helped me develop this quality, I've been able to meet very beautiful and talented people and I think this characteristic is the main gain of the platform, therefore I believe in what I do and the way I do it. At some point I was told this: "Rodrigo, if you are only interested in making money, this platform is not for you". If money is our goal, you are simply not in the right place because the moment you do not get the expected reward, the frustration will be that you will disengage from the project. On the other hand, if we have the awareness of knowing where we are and we enjoy what we do, monetization will come as a consequence. Wherever I go, in my own work, in my daily life, I talk with my environment about this wonderful platform called #hive but it has happened to me that people who at first sight have been interested, when they see the slightest obstacle, they abandon and now my message is the following: "#hive rewards perseverance".
