Hello everyone. Good morning and welcome to my blog at this hour. It's the second day of the sixth month of the year. In my previous post I was sharing some tips on how to be more productive in this new month and beyond, so I'm going to continue from where I stopped today. Sit back, relax and enjoy all that I have packaged for your reading pleasure.
In case you miss my last post you may check it out HERE.
Let's create a scenario. Imagine going to bed in the night without plans of the activities you want to do the next day and you wake up in the morning without any direction of how your day will start. You either lazy around in bed for some minutes before picking up your smartphone to check your social media pages, then engage in some chitchats with your friends or siblings then finally finding your way to the kitchen to cook and eat. Before you open your eyes and close it, the day is almost over and you achieved nothing.

In a bid to make your day more productive put all similar tasks or activities into a single batch. You will save more time and get these tasks done easily when they are grouped together. You can group all similar tasks in a convenient time and get them completed. The major aim of grouping them is to pay attention to them while doing others - when you bear it in mind you'd not forget about it.
Also, let it be a habit to complete the most difficult tasks in the morning when you are still fresh and energetic. Do the difficult tasks in the morning because you have more physical and mental energy to tackle them. Postponing such tasks till afternoon or evening could make you less productive because you'd have been tired and exhausted from the day's activities.

Do not take rewarding yourself after concluding a big task for granted. You need to reward yourself in order to stay motivated in all you do. Keep records of your wins either big or small and celebrate them.
Additionally, focus on one thing at a time. Multitasking could result in less productivity. For effective and optimal productivity, do one thing at a time.
