It does look like a fantastic dish! As I have never tried jackfruit, I had to Google it a bit and find what it is... If I understood well, the fruit is usually sweet, which means that the dish is sweet too? I saw that it's used many times for preparing desserts...

Enjoying what you do is the key, or having fun, as you rightly say. You have achieved this challenge you set yourself of publishing 31 days in a row, and I have seen you, I have seen you, that you had the perseverance and effort to be there every day on your blog.
Consistency, effort, dedication and quality are important, and I know that quality is subjective, but it encompasses good quality photographs, good writing and passion for what you are doing, and you had all three.
Rotating communities is essential, I think, so that you don't get into a rut and get bored or say... now what do I do? Rotation and diversity mean that you are always doing something different, and that motivates you, brings novelty.

I visited this company's facilities when I was a child, like most kids, but I only remember the machinery. These sports facilities are new to me and they're great. You can tell that everything was done with a lot of heart and with the long term in mind. This post is very interesting, a place that perhaps not everyone gets to see, so thank you for sharing it. It's also very well done, with great photos and description.
