Major changes have been occurring in these plants, the flowers are forming and giving off a strong smell at this point. It still retains that fruit gum smell but now has more of a overall dank smell to the plants. No more signs of male flowers luckily, not really sure what that was about. Now all four are forming buds on their colas. The buds are probably as tall are they are going to get, so I moved the netting down a little bit so the others will make use of the second level of the support cords for their bud growth.

So far there are two major colas, the others are pretty small in comparison. I think due to me trimming the plants with them already starting to flower messed them up. I had no idea these were auto seeds so it was quite the surprise. But for the few large colas that are forming they look great.. Maybe the others will catch up, but we shall see.
Its cool to see all the popcorn nugs forming below the main colas, these flower pistils seem larger than most strains, so maybe they are going to fatten up a lot more by harvest time.
A few other colas have reached the top netting as well, nice and frosty.
With another month of growing these buds may get a lot bigger.
I am really thankful to find out about this netting, now with every grow the buds are much more organized and not leaning over.
For these big colas forming I had to move the light up a little bit so they do not get burned.. Keeping my 1000w HPS light between 16-20 inches from the colas.
I wonder if they are going to change color, the tent has been getting down to around 65F so we shall see if this triggers them to go purple or black.
We can see how they grow through both netting on their way up to the light.
I am not very happy with the canopy formed by these plants, since they were struggling going into flower seems not all are equal. So one side has a little less foliage than others.
But its possible for the smaller ones to catch up, we are only half way through flowering right now. Taking a total of around 60 days to fully ripen.
Even though the smaller ones have not grown as much, I am surprised by the stretch of the stronger ones. For indica dominant strains they have really grown a lot.
Looking forward to what these buds look like when they are done.. Hoping they taste great too.
Soon I will defoliate the plants quite a bit to get rid of the yellow leaves forming on them. Freeing up space for more light to get in and air flow to move around through the plants structure.
In another 30 days or so they should be ready to harvest. Looking forward to starting some new seeds, hoping to line them up with growing outdoor this year for the first time.
