Cold or hot, the choice will depend in part on the place and in part on the tastes, also on the adventurous character of each human being, there are those who were born to try and experiment and there are the conservatives, like me, who prefer to go for what is safe, I imagine that remembering that saying: better to know bad than good to know.

First things first, I did not know until about 10 years ago that cold coffee existed and even less in variety, that is, that some people have taken the task of inventing recipes for cold coffee drinks, I had seen and tasted ice cream, which I did not like at all, but cold drinks or cold coffees are in total ignorance.

Second was so much my surprise at that time, in it to complete still did not drink coffee, not to do a snub to who took me to such a nice coffee shop I asked for a coffee with milk, I'm sure that if they took me to that place today or a similar one will ask for a recommendation to try.

But if you were to tell me, or rather ask me, which presentation motivates you more: the iced coffee or the hot one? Do you think the texture and flavor of one is superior to the other? Well, I prefer it hot, although sometimes I get distracted and let my coffee get so cold that my husband and my son tell me that I am going to drink iced coffee. But I prefer it hot, the reason is simple, coffee is something to be enjoyed without hurry, without haste, something to talk about, to enjoy and being hot one takes its precautions and enjoys it calmly little by little and tasting its flavor.

I am not saying that with something cold it is different, because something as cold as a frappe lemonade you have to take it easy, but I do not think it is about texture or flavor, it is about taste and lifestyle, the pace of life of each person and as I mentioned there are those who love to try new things, I personally prefer to go for the sure thing, it is horrible to invest money in something that you end up leaving aside because you do not like it.

For me there is nothing like seeing one of my nice cups full of steaming coffee and knowing that I will drink it little by little enjoying every sip, now if I buy coffee in a coffee shop I usually ask for a light brown, the reason coffee shops have espresso machines and the coffees prepared in those machines are usually stronger and as you may remember I like sweet coffee so if I ask for black or American coffee and they only give me one or two sachets of sugar I will not enjoy my coffee.

In summary, I prefer hot coffee, it is likely and I will not deny that I want to try some of the benefits of cold coffee, or maybe some exotic that I have not tried as the Irish Coffee, I say goodbye leaving here my publication of participation in the SBT #46 and you as you prefer it hot or cold?
