the local gym is equipped with a decent coffee machine
it's not an elite setup, strictly paper cup etc but it's well suited for the situation
where one can decide the amount and strength
now there are two approaches to having a coffee at the gym. the first, a cup before the workout for the energy boost.
let's say it's a 1 hour workout, then the coffee boost kicks in about halfway through which seems about ideal. one of the black options with or without sugar seems a likely choice- an espresso or even double perhaps?
the other approach is a coffee after the workout.
the gym is furnished with tables and sofas by the entrance, encouraging a social atmosphere. it is well designed for the opportunity for group workouts to conclude with a coffee and a chat before splitting up. a latte option perhaos?
the sofas and tables by the storefront windows give an open feel at the same time they keep the workout area more private away from the view of people passing by on the street
