Hello Coffee-lovers! ☕️☕️☕️
How are you all doing?
I'm trying to remember details about the breakfast that I've had; it's already late at night and all I could remember was the little bubbles forming when I poured in the hot water into the French Press that I love using whenever I want to have a nice fragrant-filled morning. The mist forming at the sides of the glass was cool that I could have written something nice.

To spice up today's breakfast menu, I made some French toast and paired it with my black coffee - not really a classic French toast because I was out of ingredients but still a good one at that.
Juan's French Toast
This dish can be easily prepared with your kiddos and you will get a nice breakfast, or snack out of it, too.
Preparation : Whisk 2 eggs in a bowl. Add a dash of salt and pepper, a 1/4 cup of milk, vanilla and cinnamon (we were out of vanilla and cinnamon so I just put in a little paprika and a tiny amount of cumin! lol). Then, dunk the tasty bread in the mixture.
1.Lightly oil and cook the bread for 2-3 mins each side. | 2.Add honey and serve immediately |

Obviously, I got a little excited and put in too much vegetable oil in the pan because we were out of butter but it turned out well in-spite of this. I want my French toast cooked well so I turned it again for another extra minute for each side.
Household Favorite!
We love bread and so do the doggos. Someone was excited when he smelled what's cooking for breakfast and queued in line at once to get the first taste of breakfast.

Coffee is Life!

I added an extra amount of ground coffee; maybe, a little too much, but all is good. This prepared me to face the day's tasks wide awake. There's nothing like strong coffee to help pull your eyelids apart like opposite poles of a magnet.

Endings are the start of a new beginning
The day is ready to turn over a new leaf. Another day means another step closer to then end of the week, the month, and so on. As I try to finish this write-up after a long day, the words coming out slow down. Tired but not out, I'm yearning to make another cup before I turn in for a long night's rest.
If happiness is enjoying the simple things in life, then drinking coffee is high up in the list. It helps perk up the mind and fill the air with a delicious aroma that calls up happy memories and countless number of laughter and smiles with friends and family.
That said, I'm beat, so I'm going to go to bed already. I'd like to wish everyone a healthy, happy, and productive day, or night, ahead wherever you are.
Love and peace!
