As the startup scene grows, there seems to be more demands on shared offices and coworking with a coffee shop. Tadeus Co-working shop is an example of the result from growing demands of co-working coffee shops. This place is also the beginning of where I started to discover more flourishing co-working space in this town. I enjoy exploring co-working with coffee shops because I often prefer working from outside and finding a place where I can comfortably work from and getting more things done with minimal distractions.

Coffee And Productivity
Coffee and productivity are often inseparable. And another factor that adds to that is supporting space with proper temperature and lighting to work effectively. I believe that Tadeus co-working fits the bill that I have been looking for. The staff aren’t overly friendly ,they were friendly enough which is actually nice and makes me feel comfortable working from that place. The place is spacious for working and the chairs are comfortable. Not to mention, their selection of coffee and food are quite exceptional.

Does Quality Coffee Exist in Co-working spaces?
Often, co-working spaces sell poor quality coffee because some of them focus on the co-working instead of the cafe. But not this place. From Vietnamese coffee to selections of latte to frappuccino; they have it all. I have been to this place a couple of times already, even almost daily to get work done from the place. I can attest that the coffee is freshly brewed and I have almost tried everything on their menu as often I have up to 2 cups/day from that coffee shop.
Compared to Daheim, I much prefer this place not only because of the distance but because their coffee is far superior than the other place. The seats and the overall atmosphere is far better than Daheim. This place opens from 10 AM to 9 PM where I think it is adequate for people to work from there. This is also the place where I don’t really take pictures much because I want to live the moment. Which is why I have a small collection of its coffee pictures despite going there almost everyday and tasting their coffee.

Coffee In Prints
In this place, they also have a magazine on the counter that I often pick up to read. From this coffee shop, I was exposed to a magazine specialized on coffee. In that magazine it has coffee shop reviews, stories, coffee stories, brewing ideas just as what we have on cinnamon cups of coffee but on print. From that small magazine I discovered more coffee places with its own flair. I don’t think I would visit all of them but it was really nice reading some of the interesting coffee shops in town.
Overall, this coffee shop wins my heart. I used to have a place where I was a regular but it was closed down. This place is also reasonably priced and definitely cheaper than my Starbucks habit and gives my wallet a room to breathe.

Monday Coffee
Since today is Monday, I would also like to show you the coffee I made for breakfast, a low quality cappuccino with a sprinkle of cinnamon served with bacon bagel.
Why do I call this a low quality? It’s because I was not even steaming the milk. I was simply using a french press to make the foam.
The coffee that I use in this cappuccino is pike place roast from Starbucks which I found really pleasant to drink even at 3 AM in the morning. Especially these days during the rainy/cold/winter season, pike place roast is perfect to drink as it has hints of chocolate and toasted nuts which is perfect to mix with cinnamon or sprinkle of cocoa powder and maybe cocoa nibs. This coffee and breakfast selection is the secret to my productive day.
What’s your favorite coffee to drink on Monday? Do you have any preference? Let me know in the comment section!
