One of the tastings that I have daily to make is a good coffee... And it is one of the things that I do at any time, either alone or accompanied...
Coffee is an act of delight and for any occasion...
I have prepared coffee in different ways and forms... And each flavor is the glory, of course, never reheated coffee, it loses properties and flavor. And I have inquired the reason with friends who have studied chemistry at the university. When coffee is reheated, the caffeine is transformed into caffeine, which makes a difference in its taste.
Now then... I will tell you in this post how my day starts...
When I get up, the first thing I do is to go to the kitchen, I put the pot with water and sometimes I add a piece of cinnamon or some other spice such as star anise or sweet anise...
The truth is that it must have little sugar and when I strain it, the aroma awakens in me sensations of taste that are not equaled by anything... It is a divine vice!
Once the coffee is strained, the first brew goes directly into my pewter cup, with which I sit and enjoy it for a long time with a friend common to all of us... Doña Soledad!
I put the rest of the coffee in a thermos.
As time goes by, during the day in my reading time, who accompanies me is my pewter cup with coffee...

Mis estimados amigos de la colmena... Feliz día a todos...
Una de las degustaciones que tengo a diario a realizar es un buen café... Y vaya que es una de las cosas que hago a cualquier hora, bien sea solo o acompañado...
El café es un acto para el deleite y para cualquier ocasión...
He preparado café en diversas formas y maneras... Y cada sabor es la gloria, eso sí, nunca café recalentado, pierde propiedades y el sabor. Y he indagado la razón con amigos que han estudiado química en la universidad. El café al recalentarlo, la cafeína es transformada en cafenol, lo cual marca la diferencia en su sabor.
Ahora bien... Les comentaré en este post como inicia mi día...
Al levantarme, lo primero que hago es dirigirme a la cocina, monto la olla con agua y en ocasiones le agrego un trozo de canela o le coloco alguna otra especia como anís estrellado o anís dulce...
Lo cierto es que debe llevar poco azúcar y al colarlo el aroma despierta en mi sensaciones de gusto que no se equiparan con nada... Es un vicio divino!
Ya al colar el café, el primer colado va directo a mi taza de peltre, con ella me siento y degusto por largo rato con una amiga común para todos... Doña Soledad!
El resto del café lo coloco en un termo.
Ya pasando el tiempo, durante el día en mis ratos de lectura quien me acompaña es mi taza de peltre con café...
