I would like to start this post with this wonderful quote about independence from Nelson Mandela

"True independence is not merely the absence of chains but the unyielding determination to forge one's destiny, regardless of the shackles placed by circumstance."

Pakistan Got independence on 14 August 1947, it was the day when Muslims of the subcontinent got their Country, where they could live their life by worshipping ALLAH and Following the teachings of HAZRAT MUHAMMAD (PBUH).

The teachings HAZRAT MUHAMMAD (PBUH) gave us are from ALLAH ALMIGHTY. We got independence in the month of RAMADAN, Which is considered as the holly month. In this month, Muslims do fast. The purpose of fasting is the feel the pain and hunger which the people who don't have to eat feel.

I heard many stories about the independence and the struggle they had to put in to get this independence, I even heard that, on 14 AUGUST 1947, people who wanted to live in Pakistan were migrating from INDIA by train, and they reached here dead, and the whole train was full of dead people.

I am feeling sad even writing about it, what will be the feeling of the people of that time, who received their loved one dead? I am out of words !!!

After getting independence it was our duty to pray for these people on the of independence, rather we are going out and celebrating it? I will write about the two incidents which made me think and write that, this is not the way to Celebrate Independence Day.

I am an eyewitness of one such incident. it happened when I was studying in 8th class like everyone we were out to celebrate INDEPENDENCE DAY, at that time, I was a kid and I didn't know about this side of society. We were kinda innocent.

we were on the roads like others, and there was a family on the motorbike, suddenly some boys on the motorcycle crossed us and one of the boys sitting on the motorcycle touched the girl's body part and ran away.

I Couldn't believe what I had witnessed, how someone could do this shameful act? don't they have girls in their homes in the form of sisters, daughters and mothers?

I got so angry that I hit my hand on the handle of our motorbike, that was the only thing I could do out of anger, those boys got to run through the crowd and it was impossible to catch them. I am sure the girl who was the victim of this incident must have felt embarrassed.

After this incident, I rarely go out on these occasions, I don't support this kind of Independence Day celebration. In fact, I am against it. I am not in favor of girls going on occasions like this, Some girls may argue about this with me, but I can't say anything other than Sorry.

Boys who do such things should be punished strictly. So that, others get lessons from it.

Another such incident happened on 14 August 2021, when a girl named Ayesha went to Minar-e-Pakistan, She was a TikTok, She went there to make TikTok videos. She asked her fans to come to the place to meet her.

on the day, Hundreds of people gathered there to meet her, she was the only girl and suddenly out of nowhere, people started to touch her body, she was wearing bold clothes. Some even tried to peel off her clothes, Which is a shameful act.

All these men got caught by the police and punished. Later on, the truth came out and we got to know that this was a publicity stunt from the girl and his so-called boyfriend.

I still feel ashamed as a man, how could they do such a thing even if she was exposing her body?
