Hello everyone, how are you doing today? Hope you are having a great time. This will be Week 146, Edition 01 of our Weekly Featured Content.
So, last Saturday we had our hangout as usual, and it was just so much fun we did not want it to end. We are currently on the first topic for this week which is “WHEN DOES YOUR HOLIDAY END?”.
But before we proceed with the details of the topic, let us take a look at the winners of the last topic which was “UNFORGETTABLE”.
This topic was geared toward each member of the community telling us about the one thing about the year 2024 that they could never forget. It could be about something that happened to them, a friend they made, or an event that they attended, what mattered was that they were never going to forget it.
We got to see several things that happened to members, or those that got involved in a number of things. We never can tell how things will unfold for us, but we still have to make the effort and as a result, we all have one thing or the other that made the year memorable for us. It was an enlightening topic, indeed.
For this topic, we went through every entry post, and that is every post with the #hl-exclusive & #hl-w145e3 tag. And with the number of wonderful posts out there it was quite difficult to make a selection. But eventually, we did just that. IT’S ALL ABOUT THE PEOPLE by @terganftp
This author told us that having fun in the year was all about the people he got to have fun with. Doing so much with no one to enjoy them would just be boring, but with friends and family, it gives it so much more meaning. His most memorable moment came when he had a near-death experience back in February, thankfully, he survived it.
IMPOSSIBLE TO FORGET by @intishar
For this author, one of the most memorable events that took place in 2024 was getting to graduate from his school. This was a graduation that took over three years to come to pass and it was very much overdue. Also, the role he played in the protest that took place in his country was also one of the highlights of the year for him.

For this author, she shared with us how she was able to diligently manage her son’s health. It wasn’t an easy task and keeping up with the instructions of the doctors and medical practitioners was difficult, however, it worked. And as a result, he didn't experience any major health challenges all through the year which was a major win for the family!
