Hello everyone, how are you doing today? This is going to be Week 38, Edition 03 of our Weekly Featured Content.
So, last week Saturday we had the last hangout that was just so much fun we did not want it to come to an end. We are currently on our third topic for this week which is, “YOUR EARLIEST MEMORY”.
But before we proceed with the details of the topic, let us take a look at the winners of the last one which was “EBOOKS VS PAPERBACK”. This topic was geared toward each member of the community telling us their preference between eBooks and paperback.
We got to learn why people choose their preferred form of books and how it helps them settle better into their reading. It was an enlightening topic indeed.
For this topic, we went through every entry post, and that is every post with the #hl-exclusive & #hl-w38e2 tags. And with the number of wonderful posts out there it was quite difficult to make a selection. But eventually, we did just that. This author told us about how he cultivated the habit of reading from a young age, and how it grew to become a part of him. He made it clear that he prefers reading the traditional way to the digital way. He still loves the feel of paper on his hands and that feeling is going to stay with him for a long time indeed.

This author told us that he prefers eBooks to paperback, and he gave reasons like mobility, ease of storage, and ease of accessibility. There are other advantages, of course, all show that in this case, digital books might have an upper hand over paperback. And he was able to tell why he enjoyed it so much.

For this author, he also enjoys reading eBooks and he gave reasons like ease of storage and maintenance. Digital books do not require as much care as required by physical books and that is one advantage they have over paperback. He also loves the fact that he can read them anywhere, as long as he has his device, then he can read..
