Interesting post. And in line with my thoughts these years lurking as a Youtuber in all the social media.
All the metrics that imply an Anglo community has at least a trailing zero than Hispanic ones. I don't think it's about the number of people in each language. I think it's more a matter of society and economic power of these countries.
For example: I configured one of the subscriptions to my channel to the minimum allowed by YouTube. YouTube shows me in Spain that is 0.99€. I don't have the exact figures, but the same subscription can be 0.5$ in Argentina and 1.2$ in the USA.
From that I can get like 40% raw. So in general and just as an example, 1 Anglo membership is like 2 Hispanic memberships.
And that applies also to the revenue from ads, the main incoming revenue in YouTube.
