Hello every one, how are you all doing today? great right? its been a while here again, and i miss it here again, i mean i miss it here so so much, its really good to be back...

There was once a time when i was always consistent on my gyming, it was a hell of a time , it was fun, it was also hard to an extent, but then, i used to love the result of every workout...
you see the picture up there, that was earlier this year, around april, when i was still very consistent in my workout. Yeah, i was consistent, i did my workout every two days. i took that picture just after my normal routine workout, and that was the result for that day...
So i will be giving some importance of workout...
- it strenghtens your immune system
- it makes you look younger, even younger than you are sopposed to look
- it makes you look brighter amd sharper
- it makes you have a different but acceptable body shape to yourself and to the
general world; and so on...
On a normal ground, we know that going to the gym or doing a regular workout is not easy, i know that there will be times where we will be tired and discouraged to do the workout, but then, there are keys that will help you to continue.
Have a goal: for everything that we want to do in this life, the first thing is that we should have a goal, because that will be a backup reason not to stop or settle for less, because you know what exactly you want. So to get to where we have planned to go, a goal is like the a reminder of why we started that journey.
Determination: this is the drive that helps one to stive harder and not to give up. Discouragements will surely come, but then our determined mind won't make us stop or give up.
Consistensy: This is one of the most important part of it all, because without consistensy, youll get tired and discouraged, and then you will not even achieve what you wanted at the begining, so then, consistensy will help you get to that place you want to get to at a desired time frame. That particular body shape that you are looking for or aspiring to get will not be gotten is consistensy is missing, because it will look as if you are starting all over again when you are not consistent.
As a person that is just starting up on his or her workout session, i belive that all that have been listed above should be good enough to help you continue, not only to beginers alone, but also to everyone else...
