How did your week go, i hope you enjoyed it? want to use this medium to wish you all a happy new month, i pray that this month be the best of all the months ve have passed through, no matter how hard the country or community wants to be, i pray that the best of us will show this month...
It has actually been a while i have been here, and at first i took it as a break, but later, i saw that it was not just a break, but more, i started to miss here quite well, but the fact that writing has never been my thing made me lazy to continue, but nahhh, its been too long, i really do miss here. .. so yeah, you can give me a welcome back reply.
The topic givdn to us was quite a topic, i had t take my time to think about it, but i didn't really see much, cause while growing up, most of the things we did had to change to another one way or the other, but i realized that there was one thing that didn't change and has really helped me, what im i talking about?
Breakfast! what has this nigga done to me? So expert has said that the most important meel of the day is the breakfast, and now, so many people have been so so busy that they do not rate their breakfast, and so they indirectly are injuring their system, you'd even see that many people do not have time to even eat till evening or maybe late at night, and that is when we will hear that such a person that was looking healthey sometimes ago is now diagnose of one sickness or the other, but the most common that we all know is that ulcer, and youll hear them say they didn't know it was going to come that soon, that they didnt bargain for such, then tbeyll remember that they really don't eat even when they had the time, so then they'll start taking care of themselves, forgetting that prevention is not just better than cure but also cheaper. That stress or time and money you didn't think was necessary to waste ss of thst time will now now be wasted or used even more than they were supposed to used at the right time...
I was born and brought up with theas many squares of meals we wanted to have, we could eat about 5 times a day, but wven when things seemed to be not too good, we still ate 2 times a day, amd that was the breakfast or sometimes we call it brunc, because we will like to take it in between the late morning and noon, so that one can still hold us till night when we'd eat again..
This has made me not to look hungry, and also prepare for the worse.
If i had an appointment very early, i will have to wake up even earlier just so that i will have my time to prepare, and the preparation includes cooking of food that will be eaten or making or preparing something that will enter the stomach before i leave for that day...
Some of you might say that it is going to be stressful, but yeah, I'd rather take that stress than tale the stress of a sickness. The times i used to be so late that i wouldn't have to eat before leaving the house to my planned activities, i mught have to regret that action, because i will be so so so weak, i will not know how to work for so long, in a very short time, I'll be so down, so weak, and unless i eat reall food, i.might not really get myself. ..
I really cannot remember the last time i took drugs, and i knw that it has been God that has been helping me throughout, but then anytime i feel so down like i want to fall sick, after i pray, the next thing is food, and now, food lately has been my drugs, when i have stomach ache, and i pray finish, the sickness becomes totally whole after i have eaten a food...
Shout out to food, it really is a legend!
